We stopped by this Subway location the other day and I had to comment on the place. First, when you walk into the place we were greeted with a big hello from a tall gentleman behind the counter. Made us feel welcome. Secondly, the place is amazingly clean! I have never seen a fast food place that shined. The food presentation was spotless. All the food behind the counter looked fresh, no messes or spills, like some other subways that I have been too. The service was wonderful. Even with the place being busy I didnt feel rush into picking my toppings for my subs. As a customer this was a nice feeling. We decided to eat in and it was interesting to observe other customers coming in and out of Subway. I noticed how friendly everyone seemed to be. This subway must have many returning customers as the staff and customers seem to have a great relationship together. I had to laugh when I unwrapped my sub from its wrapping as it actually looked like the picture of the sub on the display menu. My sub was perfect looking...and the taste was delicious and fresh. When we were getting ready to leave, the gentleman behind the counter said his goodbyes and thank you to us. Really was a nice feeling as I felt appreciated as a customer. Next time we are back in this area we will be stopping by Subway on Lowell Street again. We highly recommend this place to anyone in the Hudson, NH area or anyone travelling through NH.

I stop at this Subway at least once a week with excellent food and service BUT Tuesday approx. 5:30 I stopped in to get my usual order and I had never seen this girl before but she was about to put only 2 slices of very thin bacon on my 6 inch BLT, I always get 3 sometimes 4 slices, she informed me if I wanted more than 2 I could pay extra. I was outraged and walked out with nothing. Its not the way to keep customers

Best Subway Shop Ive been too. I go there twice a week before work. The owner Bob and his help go out of their way to make each sub your way.
