Excellent take-out or delivery. Ive been buying China Maxim since they opened in Dracut years ago. Food is always fresh & delish. Delivery time is great. Im always impressed with how clean the kitchen is when you go inside to order. I like being able to see the chefs at work and all the clean equipment they use.The staff is always neat, smiling and helpful on the phone delivering and in person. I do wish they would decorate the eat in area a little bit more so it would be more inviting to sit in. There are more expensive, fancier joints out of town, but for quick take-out you cant beat it:)

Calamari was over dry (almost like sun dried chewy squid), and the fried bean curd (tofu) was sour because they were not fresh. Then they overcharged me. They could not do simple math for only three-item take out order. How worse could they get?

Nice Cantonese food! The shop owner can speak in English, Cantonese, Vietnamese. For traveller from HK like me, it was easy to order what I wanted.
