It was a Monday and clearly the management/owner didnt care whether or not the restaurant was sufficiently staffed I ordered a small pizza and eventually cancelled the order because it took 3 times longer than it would normally take. The fact that Im wasting my time by writing a post on Google shows that this was a pretty bad experience. A manager didnt touch the floor nevermind my table after the wait, very unprofessional.

Food is good but they need someone new on the phone cause I will call and say can I place a delivery as clear as I can the person will say OK what can I get for you and after saying what I want I am asked so will that be pick up or delivery like did I not just tell you and also they need someone who can listen better cause every time I say a number from like a card or something a totally different number is said back to me

My wife turned me onto the pizza at the start of football season. She had eaten there numerous times, stating that the subs and pizza are good. A couple weeks back we ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and I was hooked. The pizza was covered with chicken and had a tangy sauce, which was an added bonus. Now, whenever theres a question as to where we should order from Brickhouse is tops on the list.

There is no competition. This place is the best! Everything we ordered was so good. Ill never go anywhere else. French fries, fried to perfection, Italian sub, unbelievable with the perfect amount of oil and hots with crisp onions and pickles and REAL Ive searched high and low for a goood meatball sub that reminded me of Nanas and have finally found it!Italian coldcuts

We order here every week, just waited two and a half hours and they "lost" our order. All we ordered was a sub and salad. Ridiculous, poor service. "Busy and short staffed" Im a social worker I get what its like to be short staffed and busy and I still wouldnt make my clients wait two and a half hours with out a courtesy call!

The most pathetic sandwiches ever! I paid 17.00 for two things slices of roast beef, literally 2 think slices, with my toppings. Ive been a patron of brickhouse for close to 20 yrs. And thats just one of many ripoffs. Love the food, hate the portions. Always check what your paying for!!

MARCUS delivered me my food and was a great guy! Helped me with whatever I needed and greeted with a smile! I wish more delivery drivers were more like him! Great pizza as well! Will definitely be ordering from here again!!
