Got takeout tonight and when we got home we were missing half of one meal. I called and the girl that picked up the phone said they would issue a gift card. Round trip to get to La Carreta in Londonderry is 40 minutes from my home. About an hour later I made the trip back up there(another 40 minute drive) thinking they would give us a gift card for at least one free meal based on the fact that my wife did not get the intended meal we paid for and for my troubles of having to drive around for 80 minutes! When I get there they dont give me any gift card at all, they give me the food they forgot. Really?? What good will the other half of the meal do me now?!? VERY VERY BAD customer service! They should have done more to make it right. Left me feeling really upset and they could care less!!

I dont usually post bad reviews, but I had to. This was the worst Mexican restaurant Ive ever been to. The chicken was way over cooked. It was like shoe laces. The streak fajitas were the same. The drinks are way over priced and not good. The rice was decent, and beans were ok. The prices on the menu were just way too high. Im sorry to post this, but I will not be returning to your restaurant. All these 5 star reviews means that no one has ever had good authentic Mexican food. They didnt even have molcajete.

This is our go-to for Mexican, and we were thrilled to see that they opened up a Londonderry location. We visited just last night, and once again, had a great experience. The food is great, the house margarita is great, and the price is great too. Weve had everything from the fish tacos to the chimichangas to the queso dip to the shrimp fajitas and have always enjoyed the food and service. We highly recommend la carreta!

Fast fast, fast, if Im in a hurry, I can have food 10-15 minutes after I am seated, or faster...But I go back for the great Tex-mex and Mexican dishes. I like the cool looking interior, especially in the bar area. Ive enjoyed a lot dishes here they all have been delicious, the standouts for me is the Chilaquilla Mexicanos(with the crazy tender chicken) and the stuffed Pablano peppers!!!

Sat down and had time to review every single menu item and check the ingredients for my allergies and they still hadnt come to ask what we wanted to drink. Not a problem if things are busy, but they were practically empty and FIVE staff were standing directly behind our booth chatting. I said loud enough to hear, "when will they ask for our drinks?" No one moved. Got up and left.

We moved up here from Florida, and this is the best, most authentic Mexican Ive had since moving. It was my work teams #1 choice for lunches out when I worked nearby. In between team lunches, my Hispanic co-worker and I came here almost weekly and she usually got the fish fajitas. My favorite dish by far is the Chori Pollo. Heavenly!

Very bland food with horrible service. they care nothing about authentic Mexican food or any food for that matter. the dining area is very uncomfortable with no views. I think all they care about is alcoholic beverages and lacklusterfood. definitely not a familyrestaurant. save your time and money.

Fantastic restaurant, new and the place looks very rustic, yet modern. Like the Derry location, this place has great food, drinks, and is laid back enough where you never feel out of place. Great for chips and drinks (table side guacamole is a nice touch) or full fledged meals.

Great Mexican food! This location is better than most of the other La Carretas that I have been to. Very modern and eye appealing inside. The cocktail selection here is pretty nice, if you are into that sort of thing. Service is quick, people are nice.

I am a regular customer of the derry location. I figured Id try the londonderry one the place is BEAUTIFUL inside but what good is that when the service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!
