Hello brand new refurbished DQ. You spent all winter getting the new building set up and no time at all figuring out how to run a simple Ice Cream business. One star is as low as I can go, but this is the worst experience so far. We order 2 shakes and 1 Swirl Ice cream with cherry dip. So we get number 11 to put on the table to have our Ice Cream delivered and go outside and wait. After 20 minutes we go in to ask "where is our ice cream?" Of course the first thing they ask us is, where is your receipt. Well you never gave me one. Thank god I used a Credit Card. So the DQ kids tell us "we threw it away, we walked around the seating area but couldnt find you." Well you came outside, shouted for number 10, I guess thats as high as anyone can count. No one stuck their head out the door to say "number 11". But anyway we tell them AGAIN our order, 2 shakes and 1 Swirl Ice cream with cherry dip. We go back outside and wait. So out comes Shake 1, (and they are sorry) and out comes shake 2 (and they are sorry again). Finally after 5 minutes, I timed it, comes the Swirl cone with cherry dip. Now I am sorry. I take a bite and the cherry is fine, but where did the swirl go? Yes, vanilla only. After 25 minutes you cant deliver a simple swirl cone with cherry dip? So we go back inside and just ask for a refund. The manager comes out and starts ARGUING with us because we dont have a receipt. Hes blaming us for not having a receipt that the cashier never gave us and saying its our fault this is all messed up. Again thank god for the Credit card. I know the customer isnt "always right" but your employees are the ones who told us they threw out the product we paid for, and then screwed it up the second time. Please dont blame me. So finally he goes back inside and comes out with my 3 dollars for the cone they couldnt seem to get right after 25 minutes. He tells me "I can get you a free cone". At this point Im not really in the mood for Ice Cream, and honestly if you were really interested you should have come out with it in your hand along with the $3. Really DQ. Dont train your employees and Managers to say "were really busy" and "Were still working things out we just re-opened". The old DQ in the same location for 25 years and didnt have this much trouble making a cone! Or maybe since this is outside your menu experience you just couldnt deliver. Please dont go into brain surgery.

I wish I could leave zero stars I wish I could chose a negative star.
I went in and ordered a few cheeseburgers, was still hungry so I went up to get a chilling cheese dog, come to find out it wasn't the melted cheese it was slice cheese that wasn't even melted. So I took a bite out of my hot dog and then went to take another bite and the middle was ice cold. I asked them to either heat it up or if I could have a new hotter one. They told me no. So I got upset. Then as me and my friends children were about to eat our icecream they made us leave. Poor kids! I will NEVER go there again.

Recently remodeled, this DQ is very clean, bright, and pleasant. The food is typical DQ fare, but its consistantly well made. Like many DQ the food is brought to your table which is a nice plus. Good food, great ice cream, clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Hard to ask much more for a DQ. They are vey popular so occationally crowded, but they seem to handle it well.

Very pushy going through the drive-thru. They are actually charged us extra money for sweet and sour sauce. That to me is annoying and says a lot about the owner. When I eat out somewhere I dont think its a lot asking for some extra sweet and sour sauce considering you just made a huge profit off of the $30 that I just spent on two meals.

12 kids working and no service. When finally did order banana split the girl had no clue what it was. Even left out nuts and cherry when specifically asked for them. Sit out patio is nice, but you get blinded by the lights of all the cars going through the drive through and the exhaust smells bad. Not going there again.

A nice modern, recently rebuilt location that is well run. If you like DQ, this is a good one to stop at. They seem to always do a good job, even if there is a bus filled with hungry kids in line...so dont get scared off if they look mobbed, the line moves FAST.

The only dairy queen near us with indoor seating and full menu. The staff are young but reliable and friendly. Service is fast, ice cream/dessert options are good. Their burgers arent very good. Chicken tenders are good.

Girl never asked me for sauce they didnt give me my coupon for second time asked for plain cheeseburger it had everything on it awful and was like 10 to 15 minute wait

We hit the drive through for five ice creams. Friendly person taking our order and we got what we ordered correctly. The blizzards were full of candy, too! Very good.
