B.good has been one of my favorite spots to grab lunch since they first opened in Garden City. I love that everything is bought from local farmers and the food is always fresh which is why I do not mind paying more to eat there. With that said the last two times Ive gone has been nothing short of disappointing. Family who had dined there more recently had advised me against going there but for the most part each time Ive gone (even to their CT location) has been pretty good. Unfortunately when I took my family there Sunday it put the final nail in the coffin. My husband, two small girls, and I went for a late lunch Sunday (approximately 2:15 pm). Although a decent amount of the tables were taken we were able to grab one and be the only customers in line so we ordered immediately which we thought was great because the kids were getting "hangry". Unfortunately we were not aware that it would take 35 minutes for our food. Now I am always one to wait especially when you expect to get good food but that was not the case. The gentleman that actually ordered right after us went up and asked for a refund because his food was taking so long. I wish we did the same thing. We spent over $35 on food for what was suppose to be a quick lunch that was TERRIBLE. Our order: My husband order a burger with regular fries- the burger was not only over cooked but cold. How is a burger both?? Not sure Kids Grilled Cheese- everything was cold. The cheese was not even melted it was so cold Quinoa Bowl- Mine surprisingly was the best however we asked for no mint sauce and it was on there any way but I was so hungry I didnt send it back What I did do is go up to the counter and requested new fries for my husband and daughter figuring it would be something they could get out quick. Well the young woman behind the counter gestured to the other young lady making the fries about my request they kept looking over at our table but NEVER brought them. We did not even get an apology nor was a manager asked to come and speak to us. The staff on Sunday afternoon seemed to busy talking to each other rather than getting the customers food out in a timely and accurate manner. Not only did we have a bad experience with the food but the restaurant itself needed to be cleaned. The floors were dirty, trashes full, and plates staked at each trash location. I would rather spend the money at a restaurant where the employees actually care about the customers experience. My recommendation is to choose another restaurant in Garden City or Chapel View before ever trying B.good if you want a hot meal and good customer service.

Ive been looking for a place to get a good burger and I came across this place. The first thing that other customers and I noticed was the menu right on the front door, at which first timers seem to always stop and block the way. Still, I go in excited to try a burger here. While I was placing my order, the cashier had me wait while she answered the phone. This didnt bother me, since I had time to waste, but it was kind of weird for an employee to do that. I assume she was taught that the phone is a priority and she was afraid of losing a potential customer because her boss would probably become angry if the phone rang more than twice. Then I finish placing my order of a burger and fries. I was surprised to see a place actually make food right in front of customers. There was also a display of fruits and vegetables. That was nice. At least we know some of their products didnt come from a freezer. The burger was rather small, as was the side of fries, but I was still excited. I bite into it and experience a mixture of emotions. On one hand, the inside is juicy and flavorful. This alone makes it the best burger Ive had in a while. However, the outside was charred and tasted like the grill hadnt been cleaned since the day before (they had only just opened). The fries were really disappointing. Just dont get them. The ketchup was interesting. It was more like a crushed tomato paste than ketchup. At least its probably fresh. I could get over the less-than-perfect exterior of the meat with all the add-ons to the burger, so Id definitely eat here again if a friend wanted to have a lunch date, but I wouldnt get anything other than a single burger here. Still feeling confused about this visit lol...

The quality of the ingredients at this establishment and in their burgers is fantastic. However they do not come together to create is satisfying meal. The exception are there sweet potato fries. The bun used in the burger its too thick compared to the quantity of the patty. In every bite you feel like 75% of it is just bread that you were chewing on. Be warned that their crispy vegetables are essentially just steamed vegetables and not fried vegetables. There barbecue sauce and Sir kensingtons ketchup are the two positive in flavor that you can add to your otherwise rustic burgers. Lastly I will complain about price which is too high compared to the quantity of food that you are served as your entrée.

Well its a very pretty restaurant at first glance, nice service. Been here 3 times, and I just cannot like it. Burgers are cooked so over done, that its like chewing on rubber (they didnt even ask us how we would like our burgers cooked). The fries wernt even cooked all the way, they were soggy, flimsy, and unappitizing. The floors in the dining room, looked like they had been done in quite a few days, with a build up of dust and debris. On a positive note, they did however have much better buns than before , and the plating is appealing. The rosemary lemonade is phenomenal as well!

Good food, lousy service, no heat and not enough seats. Two of our 3 orders were incorrect. Something was wrong with just about everyones order that I saw the whole time I was there. If something was made improperly they simply removed the incorrect ingredient and reassembled the burger. It was an icebox inside. My family was all in our winter coats and we were still ice cold. I watched another family huddling together to keep warm. Once we got the correct order, the food was excellent. But, despite the quality of the food, I wont be bringing my family back any time soon.

best hamburgers made fresh, veggies are so fresh they snap. fries hand cut, special made buns. and best of all Healthy. You are always greeted with a smile and seating inside and out. Ice cream shakes and smoothies are just so yummy. summer or winter they are alway good to; the last drop. and they buy local. what can be better than that. This is one you will go back to time and again. what a nice idea. I understand they will be building more around R.I. Can not wait so we can go in anywhere in the STATE.

The wait was horrendous, 45 minutes for our lunch. I wasnt impressed the first time I had lunch. This time my hamburger was awful, no taste at all, so dry, and I had to drown it in ketchup. The fries were not cooked and greasy. Needless to say, there wont be a third trip to b.good.
