Parking lot has trash all over. Drive thru sign knocked over. Went in to use the restroom before ordering. 1 stall blocked off with blue tape said out of order. Other stall was gross and the toilet did not flush correctly. The air freshner dispenser was taken apart and hanging off the wall. The hand dryer did not work properly. Then the KICKER.....went to order breakfast.......NO EGGS ! Doubt I will be stopping here again UPDATE: 4/6/16 Stupid me, I obviously forgot about that review cause I am here for lunch and Im sure you can figure it out since Im updating.

This was not a good visit. The girl behind the counter had all the doors locked and wasnt letting anyone in. At the same time she had a bunch of teens in there,all of which I assume she knew and was probably friends with. Another employee came and let some of us in. She grudgingly took my order and then threatened the other employee, telling him that he better not let anyone else in. It was well before closing time.

I still there waiting for somebody to take my order but it seemed as though everybody was just mopping the floors and talking until Erica came in from outside wearing a headset because she was doing drive thru she took my order brought me my food while I saw her cleaning tables cleaning the kids play area and wiping off tables. It made me feel like she was the only person working there

Took my kids there last week at 8:30am. Not sure what is going on there, but either they have poor management or no management. There was trash everywhere. Old ketchup from the day before on tables and the bathrooms were disgusting. Worst part is the dangerous deteriorating sidewalks. They are dangerous. Sad to see since that shopping plaza is so new and nice looking.

Worst BK Ive ever been to. Ive been a few times and each time they are horrendously slow. Just left there disappointed again. The food was cold and was disgusting. Ended up throwing most of it away uneaten. Id love to speak with the manager one of these days. Until then, Ill wont be setting foot in this place.

Have been there in morning and liked food. Have tried 3 mornings recently at 6:05, 6:15 and 6:25, but not open. Had to go to McDonalds up the street. Too bad, I enjoy BK better! Hope your Management can correct this, and soon! No way to run a business!

Always seems dirty Times when did not have toys for tots. Bathroom was shut down 2 Times kid play area needs to be cleaned more often. Trash can be empty My grandson loves it there.would love 2 bring more often if was cleaner.

These fat nerds are the most impolite pieces of trash possible. I go there 3 times a week and they have been consistently rude and lacking manners. They also NEVER give me sauce that I ask for when I get my nuggets. Downright scumbags.

The morning staff there is amazing. The manager there yesterday morning was awesome, helpful, kind, and uplifting. Amazing costumer service. Id go back just for her, the short curly haired blonde lady. Im sorry I dont have your name.
