Ive had good, and pleasant Burger King experiences before at other locations.. this wasnt one of them. My burger was slightly above room temperature; this was the highlight of the meal. The French fries were warm, potatoes logs with a flavor duller than the dry texture. But the worst part was that the mozzarella sticks were too hard to bite into and were brown insides. The inside of these cold mozzarella looked like an over backed ziti noodle. As far as the establishment goes, the interior decorated probably from late 90s has been obviously unchanged with missing swivel seats, slanted tables and walls covered in glue from old poster. In addition there was no salt and pepper, and one of the ice machines didnt work. No wonder we were the only customers in there. Although the staff was pleasant.

I was there for when the manager showed up at 430ish pm. A Caucasian employee approached her and asked about her hours for the evening and in response the manager yelled at her shes there till 9 . Then when clearifying that she was wrong with the time she had thought was her shift end. The manage got closer and said ur here till 9 in a very nasty Manor. I was 20 ft away and heard every word. Granted it was just me and a few friends in the store so not many witnessed it. But to top it off this manager came to work with her what I believe is her grand daughter and told her to go sit in a corner while she went behind the counter

Great Job! I brought a bus full of 25 hungry teenagers on the way back from a long field trip from the Cape to Canobie. Just a quick heads up phone call an hour before our arrival, and the entire staff was ready for us. Everyone got what they needed in a timely fashion; the place was clean, and the staff was polite and understanding. Also, the parking lot was big enough to accommodate a big yellow bus! Only 4 stars because its fast food, after all. But this Burger King did a great job, and Id go there again. Thanks for being so sweet to our kids!

I always think that Burger King is Burger King, but I was clearly proven wrong. The service here for me was okay, mind you it wasnt busy at all. So that being said, when I got my food everything was cold. The burgers I got were cold. The French fries were luke warm. And my chicken nuggets looked like they had been the last of the tray. They were hard as a rock and looked like rubber inside. They were also not even warm to the touch. So much for Burger Kings being just Burger Kings! Wont see me here ever again.

This particular Burger King is on the route I take on my way to where I work. I can grab a bite to eat if Im in a rush. Theres typically not much of a wait to order your food. The staff are friendly and polite. The restrooms are always clean. I really dont have any negative thoughts about this place. Id recommend this Burger King as a place to eat.

Sat at drive thru for a good 15 minutes while trying to get someones attention. Youd think theyd pick up on the line of cars outside and beeping horns. All you could hear were people chatting and laughing over the speaker. Eventually gave up and drove away. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Very dirty and the restaurant looked like it hasnt been renovated in ages. Also it seemed to be a drugee hangout because I saw a man inside under the influence of drugs and another outside without a shirt and smoking. Left unhappy although I cant complain about the food.

When I got my drinks one didnt have ice and we couldnt tell which was diet and I think the drinks belonged to the people in front of us also when I asked for a chocolate shake I got chacolate Oreo I was very upset with this experience

Got a moldy breakfast sandwich. Nasty! I was wondering why not a single other car pulled into the parking lot for the 40 minutes I was there. Everyone must already know what I now know........bk Stoneham is BOGUS!

The cheese burgers have been cold for months. All you have to do is heat them up but that must take a degree these people dont have. It is probably dangerous for them to play with hot items.

For the most part very good. Where is can you get a GOOD double cheese burger for a buck fifty. Sure theyre not fabulous but give em a break - the prices are cheap
