Great hidden jewel....Ive been a few times....Last night I braved the crowds and decided to sit at the sushi bar....because there was no place else to sit. And it was standing room only. The two men at the sushi bar were working non stop to serve the patrons who ordered the sushi....I noticed how clean their station was and I was impressed....not to mention the fresh fish and crudities that are at their disposal for any type of sushi ordered.... I ordered from the luncheon menu that was served in the evening....how nice..... I paid about $8.00 for my large portion of General Tsos chicken....fried rice, and crab ragoons...what a bargain....cheaper than fast food. I ordered ice water....came w a lemon wedge.... The whole meal including tip came to about $10.00. The server and hostess was friendly but clearly frantic with the large crowd. The place was packed with patrons.... packed in like sardines! They clearly need a larger place to accomodate their hungry patrons... But good for them, they get the job done. I will definately be back. Again, it was crowded...but worth the short wait.

Have become a weekly customer. This restaurant deserves 10 stars. Food is outstanding: taste, quality, variation, portions are huge, price is perfect. I enjoy leaving a tip because the food is so amazing. Always seated quickly, food served fast, staff is wonderful. I ordered a drink at my last visit and was brought a different flavor. I never said anything because it was so delicious. Tonight when we visited, the woman who served me ( wish I knew her name ) remembered me and said she realized she made a mistake last time so she proactively made me the drink I wanted for free. I was shocked she remembered me. Thats the kind of service you never forget. "She" works so hard and all the customers love her. Customers are always hugging her. I hope phantom gourmet finds this gem. We will return as often as possible, highly recommend!!!!

My wife and I ordered the Spring Rolls, Crab Rangoon, Chicken Fried Rice & 6 Rolls.... Things started off great with a friendly waitress (Jenn), followed by monster portions. The chicken fried rice could feed 4 as it was a family sized portion. The Crab Rangoons were on point and one of our favorite items. The goodness continued when our Sushi was delivered, huge rolls and they all taste fantastic. We had the Dover Roll (my wifes favorite), crunchy spicy tuna, habani roll, sweet potato roll, philly roll & the blossom roll. Authentic rice, large portions and friendly staff. They even bagged up the food that we didnt finish for us. We will back and we will be referring our friends and family.

This is one of my local favorites. I crave a #47 bowl and fresh roll from Saigon & Tokyo every couple weeks. They offer Chinese, Japanese ( including sushi bar), and Vietnamese. Ive eaten sushi here twice. Seemed pretty good to me, but not an aficionado. Never had a bad meal here, nor have I ever had bad service here. This is a family owned hole in the wall thats easy to miss if you arent looking for it. If you decide to eat in, prepare to wait - this place is always busy. Seating is cozy and comfortable, but its limited. Take out is available, of course. Our traditional Christmas Day Chinese food feast has come from Saigon & Tokyo for the past 2 years. Always delicious.

Decent food, but poor business practices. They accidentally charged me $254 instead of $24 and instead of calling to let me know they had made a mistake and that it would be fixed either Tuesday or Wednesday, I found out when my debit card was declined at the grocery store. Thats a pretty big error, and it cost me a good deal of time and money. What should have been a treat on a Friday night turned into not being able to get groceries for almost a week. Sorry, your food is alright, but your lack of integrity leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Came here for a quick something to eat. Looks a little run down on the outside and doesnt look like they are going to have good food. No. They have some of the best food I have ever had. The service is phenomenal. Instantly we came in and they gave us water with lemon. Later we had ordered sushi and they gave us some cool "easy to use" chopsticks. I used the regular ones but they are pretty cool. If you are running out of water they will refill it without asking. Why doesnt every resteraunt do that? 100% recommend this resturant.

There is a wide selection to choose from, most everything Ive ordered has been a good tasty experience. My one major complaint is the delivery service, Ive done takeout five times now and everyone of those has come with phone call from the delivery driver confused about the address. The last delivery was over a half hour late with the destination being a major business only 5 miles from the restaurant, this order was placed 7 hours in advance as well. Dont shy away from this place if youre picking up your food or eating in though!

Have been to restaurants all over between Boston and Vegas, California, Florida, Texas, other states and all the way to Montreal, Toronto and Paris, this is hands down, the best Asian restaurant I have ever eaten at. I am such a foodie and these people know what theyre doing when it comes to food. The flavors are incredible, everything is always so fresh, and the staff and Jenny are so wonderful. I come here at least 1-2x a week and I live an hour away and its so so so worth it. Cant wait to come back again! See you tomorrow :)

The food here is consistently good, fairly typical Asian fare. The selections cover Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese style cooking. We like it because the service is normally great and the prices are reasonable. Tonight we had terrible service which threw us both off. I think the time of the day was the biggest factor driving the lower quality service, as we walked in an hour before closing and the staff had already started cleaning up at that time.

The food here, especially the Vietnamese, is mesmerizing. The service is polite, helpful, and prompt. They offer a wide selection of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese dishes. Usually Im skeptical of these kinds of fusion restaurants, but Saigon and Tokyo blows my mind. Im not exaggerating either; if I ever leave New Hampshire Ill sorely miss this joint. Wonderful establishment, although small, and parking may be lacking, just a heads up.

This is by far the best restaurant in Dover, I cant say enough good things about the quality of the food. Jenny the owner is always kind to her patrons. My girlfriend and I are regulars with a visit at least once a week. We regularly try different things on their extensive menu and are never disappointed. Trust me its worth the wait for a table, the place is always packed for a reason.

We have been regularly ordering takeouts for the past 1 year. Experience has been so far very good in terms of food taste and quality. I would recommend this place highly for anyone who wants to get a grab of Chinese fast food. Have tried it in person only once, the ambience is good and food quantity/quality has met my expectations.
