I have purchased food from the last 4 owners of the Dragon Inn. Unfortunately, the present owner shows a gross lack of regard to the mostly minority clientel that seems to be the bulk of their patrons. Every time I visit this estsablishment, I am charged for items that previuosly were free. When I question the new policy, I get a dismissive response. The rolls are no longer free. Hot mustard is no longer free. One duck sauce, regardless how much food you purchased. They begrudgingly give out the soy sauce. The policy changes are bad enough, but I will not spend my money where I am not shown the respect that I am due.

DO NOT DEAL WITH GABBY!!!! She is the most unprofessional employee I have ever doubt with. Not only does she disrespects customers but even her own co-workers. Im amazed a person who is mature enough such as herself does not know or understand respect. She should be fired due to her actions. Because of her I will never step foot at Dragon Inn. They certainly lost a loyal customer. Will never recommend to any of my friends or family. Customer Service is how you build a business. Dragon Inn certainly does not know the meaning of that. Very dissapointed.

Placed a order for delivery on line waited a hour still no food. Called got some man on the phone said it will be there any minute. 10 mins later still no food! Called back again guy was not listen kept saying yea yea it be there any minute. I told him that I did not want cold food your driver can take it back. Once again I get yea yea he will be there any minute said my food was going to be hot.. finally after a hour in a 1/2 the driver come up to my house beeping his horn several times. Food was not hot. NEVER AGAIN!!!

DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE!!! The food is horrendous!!! I ordered a delivery and tempura means regular fried to these people!! The food was so gross i called for them to come pick it up and wanted my money back and they told me "no" i didnt eat but one bite of the "lomien" that was dry bland and had almost whole veggies in it...completely flavorless...the place should be shut down. In my opinion someone to take a match to the disgusting sorry excuse of a restaurant.

Did a online order, Called them to see when i would get my food, they said regardless of the fact i got a invoice i had not placed a order, I told them the invoice number they said and i quote "We no get no F***ing order from you stop asking or order food we F***ing busy" I was appalled how i was treated over the phone by this woman I will never order from this place again the fact they can treat customers this way is Disgusting and unprofessional.

I agreed with the other person complain about flavorless, if the food is bad, the rest. Should replace or refund money to customers, here I want to change rice the owner said, he dont replace but he changed it anyway for white rice (good ) but the same thing happened : flavorless.the ribs has flavor but so dried you can loose a teeth. Bad quality I cant imagine the rest. Good luck!! I wasted my money.

I will not go back to this restaurant it is dirty.And when I tried to order the food I wanted the guy would not listen and told me what I wanted.When the order came out and I told him it was the wrong food.He still would not listen and argued with me.He knew I was upset over the order and did not care.The food was terrible and the place is dirty.

Ordered garlic noodles they were burnt and you could barely chew them i also ordered peeking raviolis and you could tell they had been sitting they were very dry and like warm .......im done with this restraunt there has to be something better

Dude is wicked chill and provides me with my weekly combo plate. Great food, no complaints. Only time I had an issue was when my fried rice was too hard, but they replaced it asap!!

I used to work here before the new management came in. The food now sucks! I actually got really sick from eating here. The rice is totally different. It was awful!
