For starters Google... its China Sails with an S at the end of Sails. Obviously all the family members also have Google accounts... and have posted reviews.... because no TRUE customer would give this place an acceptable review. If you happen to be a real customer (doubtful) and if you happen to think this is good food.... then you need to venture out more, because it’s not. I take reviews very seriously and am not out to injure someones business or livelihood for some sick thrill. I hate giving a bad review and would much prefer to call attention to greatness. This is even more disappointing because its close to my home so I would love to support them and see them thrive!! I hate cheap people and I HATE scams... and unfortunately this place is both. I dont care if you are Caucasian, Asian, Spanish or "other"... People who scam are without color or creed to me.... and deserve equal wrath. It’s pretty simple. Make a good product, charge me a fair price... and I’m happy.

TERRIBLE customer service! Ordered food, discovered the chicken fingers appeared to have been refried! Hard, greasy and dried out meat! Called back and owner said hed resend....no one ever showed up. The next day I not only discovered I was charged for the entire dinner....but the DELIVERY GUY WROTE HIS OWN $3.52 TIP on the $19.48 order!!!! I called back and the owner basically said, "Tough!" LOL, Welcome to Lynn! WE WILL NEVER GO TO CHINA SAILS AGAIN!

the food is always made fresh . taste and smells great . they are very resonable price wise . the portions and good . the establishment is very clean . i would say that this is one of the best chinese food joints i have ate in .
