The recent renovation did little to improve quality or service. What happened to the waterfall? At my most recent visit, the cash register clerk appeared very ill, hacking his head off. He asked to be relieved during our transaction. The manager really should have sent him home for the safety of the customers. His replacement couldnt subtract six dollars from eleven dollars without looking at the cash register, no fault of his, as he was probably a product of the public school system. I ordered no mayo on my burger. Guess what. The burger was served with mayo. What were the chances of that - 20%, 30%, or even 50%? And the onion rings were served luke warm. Pretty easy to shoot up heroin in the back corner, because the place is poorly monitored. Its not unusual to discover the condiments empty. Will I ever return? You bet. Why? Because Im a cheap ass, and they offer coupons. Just make sure you have them repeat back to you your order, otherwise its possible they will get it wrong. Ah, the limitations of youth.

Worst experience in my life! I thought we would check out the remodeled Burger King over the weekend, well when we went in my husband and daughter stood in line to order while my other 2 children and myself went to find a table. Not one table was clean, we then asked an employee if they could wash one for us and the guy gave us a dirty look....there was ketchup and everything all over the table! Then we sat and waited and my husband waived to us to lets go as it was going to take an hour.....1 HOUR to get our food and there were not many people there at all! I had one lady tell me the food sucked and she would not be going back as I was walking out! Then the kid that was going to take the order from my husband and daughter wanted my husband to tell him the prices of our meals as he was not sure what they were and he didnt know how to run the register......I will never ever go back to this location again, very disappointed in the service here!

Every time I go here I think to myself Im never coming back. Then I end up going back down the road, giving them another shot and leaving thinking the same thing. I can agree that this burger King is slower than average, Ive also been ignored by the counter help, Ive also had little things forgotten about my order on several occasions that I have to go back for. The remodel must have been mostly outback in the kitchen. That was desperately needed! The rest of it was done swiftly without much thought. The fountain was a real cool feature about this place and now it just sits there collecting dust with no water running through it. The rope isles added a nice touch to it as well and now theyre completely gone. Not all Burger Kings are equal though. The one in Concord off of 93 is exceptional! good service and good food the last two or three times Ive been there.

People were waiting for their food even before we ordered. The cashier had no clue as to what the hell he was doing. The cashier was also wandering around when not taking orders as the manager on duty was doing 10 things at once. Our food came out before the elderly man who was waiting 10 minutes before we ordered, got his food. The onion rings and chicken nuggets were cold. When we confronted them, the staff were rude and rolled their eyes. The manager on duty was not listening and remade chicken nuggets and fries, not onion rings. I feel like there was way to many duties put on the manager when a cashier was wandering around and being clueless and doing absolutely nothing. I feel as though the staff needs better management and training. Very dissatisfied in service, although the remodeling is great.

This particular BK has gotten worse in the last year with the potholes that pretty much made any family sedan impossible to drive through and eventually they closed section of it & re-routed. The worst part being they are so understaffed that I waited nearly 30 minutes with 5-6 cars in front of me and my partner also waited about the same last time she went during lunch. Absolutely unacceptable. The burger patty also was room temperature and wasnt fresh at all. Its so disappointing as I love BK and in many ways more than McDs but the last wait was enough. The parking lot overall is absolutely horrible that needed repair years ago.

This was built to accommodate large groups coming off of the highway. The front counter area is enormous. There is lots of seating in the dining area. There used to be a huge water fall feature with plants and trees, but all that remains are the stone levels, mulch and a bucket to catch roof leaks. The kitchen, prep and cleaning areas are open with no effort made to conceal cords, large bags of supplies, brooms, etc. Most of the staff is slow and forget to add condiments, utensils, proper cups, etc. All things considered, the food is OK.

There employee Taz is really delightful and positive. Would make a great manager. Even with that said. My order was old and dried out. Even though i asked for my food out the fryer. So knowing this store dont know when to throw food away. I ask for it fresh. But yet you take my money and ignore my order request and give me something i clearly wanted to avoid. Im sick of getting burned and have to wait in a line that dont seem to go anywhere. Waste 45 mins of my time in store and waste 1hr wage for me. So thats 1hr45mins of my time you wasted.

Only one person on the register taking orders , 2 people waiting on orders that had already placed , myself and 7 other people waiting in line to place our order , and the order taker just walks away at the request of , I think , the manager . Now no one taking orders . I will never go back there . It always takes forever , driveway entrance gets blocked because of the drive through. Suprised me , never thought it could be as bad as the last time I went there , I was wrong , it was . Never again .

I have been to this Burger King several times since its location is convenient. Unfortunately, thats the only positive about this Burger King. Not once has my order been correct. Today alone, I ordered a burger with no tomatoes and a root beer. Obviously tomatoes on the burger, and a coke. I can easily take tomatoes off, but the juice from the tomato stays, and its very easy to simply not put a tomato on a burger. Getting the drink wrong is very frequent, and also not difficult.

Why is it that all burger kings serve cold food and old french fries? I just gave them another shot the manager was snotty,as if she really has a reason to be, and they wouldnt give me a receipt, and yet again whopper warm, fries cold. Its McDonalds from now on. Whats worse is there is one in Dover nh and one in somersworth nh and they are both the same. The parking lot in dover is confusing and the store is dirty. You will spend time in line so make sure you get an hour for lunch.
