I feel blessed that I found this place so close to where I live on the beach. Imagine being a lover of grits done right, like I thought you could only find in the Deep South. The few places in the North that have grits have something no reasonable person would stomach. But Derek at Three Yolks is from the South and makes some of the best grits Ive ever had. And, I love the catfish, too. But if your tastes are just those of a Northerner, no problem. Their standard 3 egg, bacon and home fries is great. And I always find myself staring at those lucky enough to order French Toast. Make sure you put their address in your GPS. T

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PLACE IN THE AREA IVE BEEN TO FOR BREAKFAST!!! I usually get the Blueberry French Toast, with a side of grits, and some scrambled eggs and it tastes out of this world! The staff is very friendly, I can always count on my coffee being topped off several times, they have nice background music playing, and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hidden gem!

HOLY COW! This place is great. 3 Yolks: The old Reds bar across from the GE. Have not had a breakfast outside of home that was this good in years. This is now my choice for the #1 breakfast in Lynn. My only disappointment was that the country fried steak is better than mine. Ill be working on that.

Be very careful here, there are no hours posted and they close at 2pm. When I called at 1:30 to ask if they served breakfast all day the lady who answered said "yes" with NO MENTION of the fact that they close daily at 2PM!!!! So incredibly unhappy now, thats pretty thoughtless.

I Had breakfasts here for a long period of time. Big American breakfast is very nice. Employees are very nice. All the time adding coffee to your cup, telling stories and serving fast. Chef is an amazing guy. Food is very tasty! They also have lunches! They opened very early!

Two thumbs up including the the big toes on my feet. Amazing breakfast in the the town of Lynn. Great southern hospitality with a touch of southern cooking.They make you feel at home home, but this place can get over crowded depending on the day so plan wisely.

waffles light and fluffy. . they make great grits, potatoes very tasty, not to much seasoning, good background music. The new location seems to suit his place. We tried a lot of things you can get in and out of here cheap and the food is very good.

Not much to look at from the outside, but its perfectly welcoming inside and the food and service was wonderful. We had breakfast and the portions were large, the food tasty and the price was very reasonable. Nice people as well. We will be back!

This Place is absolutely amazing!!! Ive been going here since I was little. The people are really friendly and it is this really cool hole in the wall. Looks like a biker bar but is totally worth it.

The food is delicious! The waitress is somewhat decent. Sometimes she takes a while to get the bill to your table. The prices are reasonable and the food is authentic southern style cooked.

Poor service. Walked in, and was told there was a table in the corner. Sat for twenty minutes with no one waitress coming over to us. Got up and left, and no one still said a thing.
