Where do I begin? This Popeyes was downhill for a while and a few months back they all the sudden sprung up. They have gotten so much better. I come here quite often since my job is near.. I definitely see a major difference in the employees, (attitudes, facial expressions, welcoming people, basically giving people their time and are actually willing to help. The area to eat is always clean and if its not they are cleaning it right there and then. Now drive thru gets packed like crazy... but the girl who is there at night time is always helpful and will tell me if there is gonna be any issues with my meal. Shes very kind. My order is always correct with everything I ask for.. (napkins, ustensils, honey, hot sauce, ketchup.. and with the CORRECT FOOD and more. The GM here is doing a very wonderful job with his/her employees. Not to mention the bathrooms are always clean!!! They even have an additional sink outside the restrooms. That shows that they truly care for the people who go there, and also the food is amaaaaazing!!! But at times mostly in the night time around 8-10 they sometimes run out of things, kinda sucks but oh well. I respect it. The food can Sometimes be a little greasy but still very good. I rate this Popeyes a 5 stars!! Keep it up Popeyes!! Whoooo!!! (:

I have been to this location many times! Within my 8 visits 5 if them they messed up on my order! I even went there when the owner was inside shaking peoples hands and complained how they messed up my order that day. Today drew the final straw, I was charged for Cajun rice which Im allergic to onions! and not given my fries that came with my meal! For somebody that gets a half hour lunch and has to drive there and go back to work it is a waist of time not to get your order! I called the manager and was hung up 2 times then the 3rd time i got a employee that said she was busy, Then i told said employee my Problem and out of nowhere she all of sudden was available! Im tired of this store messing up my order and will not return to this horrible runed establishment!

The only reason I guess this Popeyes at 3 is because its Popeyes doing and its amazing. The stuff although nice enough did not seem to know what theyre doing. The tables in the lobby were not cleaned the entire time we were there and we had to clean it ourselves. Another customer comment on this to us as well when they came in. We had to go back and ask for tartar sauce 4 times. The game three pieces of chicken instead of 4 so we had to go back up to the front and ask for the rest of our order. We were also told it would only take 2 minutes to get our shrimp but in reality it took closer to 15. Again the staff of nice just not very good at their jobs LOL

I decided to go here because my sister-in-law was craving it..... I will never go back though. The lady at the front was rude and when I asked questions she glared at me and said "no we cant do that" and "are you done?" After my food was thrown in the bag and it cracked the lid of my potatoes causing it to get over my car. I asked for some extra honey for the biscuits and they gave me only two but a ton of hot sauce. They did not make my experience enjoyable so this is the last time I ever stop by.

Im rating this Popeyes store 4 stars because I have noticed that the store is really really getting better. About 6 months ago I use to always have problems with this store now, nothing whats so ever! I love this Popeyes and the new staff. They help me when I have concerns about a particular thing they welcome me, and when my family and I leave they say have a nice day mam". It just feels so nice to come here with my kids and eat without any problems. Keep it up Popeyes!!

Pulled into the drivethru at 945 at the latest, was next car in line. Sat there for twenty minutes, then somebody came out and told me they were closed. Told them that I, as well as 3 other cars behind me all pulled up well before 10 when they closed. After the apparent lack of respect for the customers, he finally said we dont have chicken to sell. What a joke haha

Its Popeyes. If you like fast food fried chicken this is the place. This particular location is easy to park at, is clean, staff is competent and friendly. The chicken I had was fresh and cooked right, had not been sitting around.

Out of too many things, including mild chicken. Store not being run with integrity. Luckily they didnt ruin the chicken tenders. Whoever owns this store needs management help.

Good was okay but counter person publically expresses disdain with her job and her attentiveness only proved it. The Popeyes in northwest Reno seems much better.
