I used to have this review at a 3 stars. But service has gone down hill over the past few years. Just yesterday we went in at 2pm in the afternoon (on a Wednesday) There was nobody at the host desk. Nobody greeted, we sat down and waited. We were the only ones waiting, there were people already seated and eating, but not crowded or packed. We waited, then waited some more. Somebody saw us, but didnt say anything, waited some more, no hostess, no greeter, no help seating down. Finally, after waiting for 15 minutes without even acknowledgment that we were at the establishment, we left and walked to Buffalo Wild Wings, where we were greeted, sat down, and served. We used to come to Red Robin, me as a child, so personally I have had Red Robin Burgers for at least 20 years. But this was the last straw to an establishment that has steadily gone down hill. This wasnt a one time thing, the food sits in the back for a long time, the servers arent as friendly, the prices arent as competitive. Disappointed at another establishment falling towards less than mediocrity.

After a 40 minute wait we were taken in and I noticed a fourth of the tables were unoccupied and piled high in dirty dishes. When my iced tea arrived I asked for a sweetener which never arrived and our waiter never came close enough to be waved down. So much for enjoying a beverage while waiting. When our food was delivered by someone other than our server I asked her for the sweetener. Our server finally walked by, overheard me asking and said "oh yes the sweetener" and ran around her to get it even though he was asked 20 minutes prior to that. We all ordered an item which came with the endless fries - later we realized this offer only applies if your server actually returns to your table. Food was ok, service was nonexistent, the dining area was cluttered with unoccupied dirty tables and our table was so sticky our arms stuck to the surface. Time for a new dining option when shopping Clovis Mall.

The service was always excellent hands down the best but the hamburger that I what is Nancy a hamburger I ever ate at a chain restaurant a bacon burger that the bacon was undercooked and soggy the hamburger that was supposed to be well done What Wear I dont think even that where I was thinking it was undercooked to be honest it was kind of cold but I was so hungry Im so tired I didnt say anything I just ate it and I wish they didnt but I will say no more the Red Robin theres a lot of the places that serve great burger that dont charge you for a gourmet meal or just a hamburger Im sorry habit restaurants recibi Falls restaurant thats where Im headed to because its 5:30 in the morning and Im going to restaurant trying to get rid of a bad hamburger in my stomach which I did not sleep with all night

Ok so Ive been going here for years and have always had good food good service BUT... the last time I went I received a hamburger that was clearly undercooked and it really grossed me out. When I asked the waiter if I could get a different burger that was well done he took a look at my burger and said that it was just fine and the red walls in the restaurant were giving the burger a red look to it.....I couldnt believe that we went back & forth like that. He was insisting and i didnt want to get loud or make a scene in front of my good friend...Anyway I ended up paying for it but not eating it (never again) and as I was leaving the lady in the booth next to me was calling for that same waiter to look at her undercooked burger and I just thought WOW!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Gave this place a second chance...big 80 dollar mistake!!!! We work hard for the money we have!! The burgers and fries were smaller then what you would get at a fast food chain!! My son didnt like his 4.99 freckled lemonade so we asked if he could switch it to a regular one( which is less) and was told no!! My family didnt even want to finish there food due to it being greasy, wrong and we were just dissatisfied with service!! I work in the food industry...if a customer is not happy or doesnt like something new they tried we give them something they will like!!! Dont you want customers coming back??? Overall disgusting food and bad service!!! Will never return and will let family,friends and co- workers know as well!!!

I think their burgers are ok, but here is what drives me nuts... 1) You walk in and see 20 people waiting to be seated and when you look inside there is literally 20-20 open tables between the main dining area and the upper bar area which brings me to gripe 2) They have decided to not allow kids in the upper "bar" area where all the football games are playing. Im not asking to be seated "at-the-bar", just a table with a good view of the tvs. In California this is perfectly legal so long as the establishment serves prepared food. I was told "But this is a Red Robin policy". Too many choices to treat customers this way.

My third time here, got pissed off and left, very unprofessional staff. Asked this guy for orange juice for my kids, he goes and bring me half a cup each filled with ice. I asked him politely to change them because they are too cold for the kids and Im not paying for half filled cup of juices. He goes and filled them with orange juice and the rest of it water. I left the restaurant because if he does this to juice what would he do to my burger and my kids meal,

Usually horrible luck here with service. We had a gift card so we headed over for dinner. This evening Anthony was our server & he was phenomenal! Because of his professional service we will be going back for sure. Burgers were good & juicy, I ordered a long island from the bar & it was great! Hopefully other servers will be as proficient in the future.

Waiter was aweful... food was just above second rate... (almost cold)... and drinks were almost warm... (supposed to be ICE cold)... Air Conditioning didnt seem to be working.... 106° outside. and waiter didnt care... Sorry attitudes dont do well with me. Ive been in Customer Service for over 20 years.... would gave it a 0 star if I could...... :-(

I like Red Robin but this particular restaurant hasnt been the most enjoyable on several occasions. The service is really slow and they are inconsistent with their food. The burgers are good when theyre not over cooked and the garlic fries are delicious. Prices are really good. You can get a big burger and bottomless fries for around nine dollars.

Havent been in a while, very disappointed, did not get bottomless fries offered. Had to ask another server when they did arrive just a small portion. No knife to cut the burgerDennys burger from now and thats saying alot on terrible service I thought custome service would oversight the burger qualty just a easte og 55 bicks for a family of three

Me and my son.. took 10 mins to sit not bad.. but server didnt come until 15 mins after being seated. Then came and said Ill be right with you. Didnt show after..20 min later just left. Not even a drink or appetizer order never even got her name.. never had a good experience at this location theyre the worst.
