My Wife and I visited this location at around 10:30pm on the night of July 4th. As we pulled up to the drive thru line we noticed that the reader board was out and we couldnt see anything. Once we got up to the speaker we asked the young man if they knew that the lights were out and we werent able to see anything to even order. What I got back from this little bastard was nothing short of snide and rude. When asked if he knew the lights were out he went into what seemed like a 2 minute tirade on how they knew it was out and they were so busy with rude customers the past 2 hours that they were unable to fix it and someone would be there in the morning to fix it and that if we couldnt see what to order that maybe we should have our eyes check and/or go somewhere else. Needless to say I have emailed corporate and am going to make sure that this kid no longer has a job here. This situation is going to cause me to reconsider where we get our late night eats, its not like you are the only option in town to be able to treat people like this.

First love taco Bell. I have been going to the one on Moana for some years, always been hit n miss from the service to the food. This day it was both. The guy, Steven who was working drive thru this day seemed to have a bit of an attitude from the word go. I thought I was tripping,so I shrugged it off,that was until I got my order!!! I was so mad!! Got the Doritos locos tacos, anyone who gets them knows they should be in a cardboard holder then wrapped. That is not what happened!! All my tacos broke,or stuck to the wrapping paper or just tossed in my bag not even wrapped!! They have since made it right!! Thank you Angelina!

I call it Taco Hell. But its really the brand more than that particular store that I label. The food is not for me nine times out of 10. Last I checked their bean burritos have like 50%/ of your daily value of sodium. One of their managers that has worked there forever is very friendly and courteous. Ill update my review if her name comes back to me. The front end staff is usually high school kids that are new to customer service. Keep your expectations low and remember u get what you pay for.

I believe the other Local Guide was a bit cruel in their review, but they were right about the unholy mess. I ordered two crunch wraps and a taco, and the first one was great. The second one, since it was part of a meal, was sloppy and kind of floppy. The environment and decor was unlike any other Taco Bell Ive ever been to. The employees were friendly and familiar, and my visit overall was a pleasant one.

Every time Ive come here, its been great. The menu is extensive and the customer service is good too. When I use the drive-thru, the food comes out really quick compared to other fast food chains. The only bad thing I can say about it, is that they are sometimes stingy on the sauces. But maybe that depends on who takes the order. Overall, I recommend this Taco Bell over others all the time.

Awful awful awful.... I work near by and they cant get an order right for the life of them..I actually had enough with them so I stopped using this Moana and kietzke location..so today one of my co-workers went there is decided to give it another try...and again they cant get the order right....I only gave them 1 star because otherwise I cant post 0 stars is the real deal

Went through the drive thru at about 1 : 15. Boy at the window very rude, drink almost fell due to his recklessness, asked for mild sauce, he threw it in the bag as I held it, most of it falling in the drive thru. 1st and last time at this taco bell. Oh yeah, playing with his belt or something under his belly when I drove up. 5 stars for the food. 1 star for service.

I have been going to this location for a long time. The employees are always friendly and are knowledgeable about the menu. The quality is always great, being a fast food place, this is amazing to me. I have had a couple problems and was immediately taken care of each time, and I was satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend this location above the others.

HORRIBLE !!!! the food did not taste good at all the cheese was not melted the stablishment looked like it has not been cleaned in a long time the guy that helped us very rude his clothes were filthy and he was rude if i was the owner of that place i woulqd take more pride in how i handle my bussiness . This store can never never get my order right. The last time I went the messed up my order. I went in asked for a refund. Yes I was that mad. the manager did not even come out and talk to me. I fought to get my fund. Witch I finally got. So no I will not be going back to that place again

Apparently the staff here have a hearing problem, and are the poster children for why its a minimum wage job. Light ice? Fill the cup with ice. Make a mini quesadilla? Sure, slop the "meat" in the tortilla so when the customer opens it, its an unholy mess. Not going back anytime soon.

Wasted money on cold food that was provided disrespectfully. Perhaps train employees to provide better quality service since they are being paid to do so. I understand its a fast food chain but being lazy in any workplace is unacceptable.

They put sour cream on my breakfast burrito. Gross. This is the fault of taco bell as a company and in no way reflects upon the employees. The restaurant was clean and the food was put together well and in a reasonable amount of time.

they make there own hours obviously there website says opens at 6am and the location says differently but there never open either way when I go in the morning, and theres always people driving thru there drive thru empty handed

Wow...by far the dirtiest Taco Bell Ive ever been in. The place wasnt even full, how difficult is it to wipe down a table, clean a window, sweep. I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Every time I go there theyve given me or someone in my family the wrong ordered, its happened way to many times. The employees are terrible and this places really needs to get checked out.

Food is as good as Ive had at any other Taco Bell. Service is actually quite quick and our order has always been correct. Staff is very courteous.
