Worse excuse for Mexican food. I lived in L.A. for years and the Baja Fresh there is good. This one is AWFUL. I ordered a mango salad and asked for extra cheese and they gave me more POWDERED cheese. So I paid extra for POWDER??? Then the side of chipotle vinegarette was the worst. It was chile powder and water--gross. Ive had the same meal all of over Southern California at different Baja Fresh restaurants and its never been crap. But at this Fresno location--crap. I dont why you Fresno people accept such a low quality food. But as long as you do theyll keep taking your money. Im sticking to Arsenios for my Mexican food. At least there they know how to listen to my order, and know how to cook. This Fresno Baja Fresh is a ripoff.

Bought close to $100 worth of food today and asked the girl , If she can give 2 small Containers for salsa and sauce so we dont have to fill in those small plastic or styrofoam containers She asked for $8 for it Totally Rip off !! Well we had to then fill 30 small Containers with salsa sauces etc Totally useless and waste of time to get food from here because the food was not even good Wahoo fish was totally saugy. The serving staff needs to understand the customer and they are clueless. $100 is lot for lunch time to Spend with no containers for sauces I will Never go there anymore

I went to this place for lunch with my fiance after having some terrible customer service at another establishment. We were helped right away and the food was decent. The people working at this place were very nice and also gave us more chips for free! Nothing beats free. I also really enjoy their mango salsa.

Terrible, you have to repeat yourself to make sure your order is correct otherwise its wrong most of the time. Staff is not interested in getting it right just getting out of line even when its slow. Trying someplace else. Food cant make up for sloppy staff

Their chicken burrito ultimo with guacamole is really good! Friendly service and never too crowded. It was also really nice to hear more mainstream pop music playing overhead compared with pure Mexicana in the past.

Sad but so, Used to be a great place with really good fresh food and very friendly service. Ate there tonight food was not great and staff was really not friendly at all, place was also dirty.
