Where to start... The first time we came here we practically had to seat ourselves. When we walked in there was no greeting and three employees were standing at the podium just talking about personal things that I could care less about. Once we finally sat down it took 45 mins to receive our food and after our food was served we didnt see the server again until she wanted to give us our check. We spent a total of approximately 2 hours there and it was only 2 of us. We spoke to the manager at the time and explained it all to her and she apologized and begged us to come back if she fixed the problem but it was also her last day at this location. She actually cleared our check even though I told her I still wanted to pay for my food (its still a business). Our second experience here the start of service was decent but once again the server was very hard to find. Once we were done eating and the empty basket were on the table for quite a while (approx. 30 mins.) we never received a check. I had to finally walk up to the cashier and request my check so that I could pay for the crappy service we had even though we were ready to just walk out (probably should have). Now here we are a third time (never should have come back, stupid on my part). We walked in at approx. 9 am and was greeted by the manager and got to sit where we requested, surprisingly, and we were told the the bartender, Robin, would be serving us since there wasnt a waitress on shift yet. We didnt have any problem with that until we experienced the bartenders attitude. When she was taking our order she kept forgetting what we ordered. It didnt seem too bad at first but once the food came out I barely got any fries with my buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, our wings were undercooked and the breading was falling off, they forgot the celery, and she forgot the sugar for my iced tea (which was requested when orders were taken). I waited for a few minutes for someone to come around so I could let them know the deficiencies until I finally decided to call the restaurant and let the bartender know we needed service in the dining area. Once I told her we were sitting in here (only 1 other party was seated at the time) she hung up on me and came by and had to ask if I was the one that called with that attitude I was talking about. When I told her about the wings she asked, "so do you want me to remake them?" seemed like a silly question to me but I just simply replied, "yes please". I will never come here again at this point and I would not recommend for anyone else to have this experience. I can understand mistakes here and there, everyone makes mistakes, but this is ridiculous. I made a huge mistake of ever coming back the after the first experience.

Easily the worst BWW in Vegas. The food is always great but I cant say the same about the service, Ive had a lot of bad experiences here & yeah Ive made the mistake of giving this place multiple chances thinking that the service would improve but I was wrong. -1st time was when I dined in alone in early 2015, my server took forever to take my order, she was more busy talking with her fellow coworkers. She had an attitude problem and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for a refill on my Mountain Dew. When I asked for the check she basically threw it at me. Since the service was bad I left no tip and when she saw that, she chased me out of the store asking me why I didnt leave anything & I said " With the horrible service you gave & you rolling your eyes at me, you dont deserve a tip." -2nd time was in December 2015, I dined in with 3 other people. The server took our order and the food took almost an hour to come out because the server forgot to ring in the order. Also ordered a beer which I never got and they still had the nerve to charge me for it. Talked to the manager that he managed to take off the beer I never got and gave us a 50% comp. The server recognized her mistakes and apologized several times saying that she was a new employee which I understood. -The 3rd and most recent time which was a few weeks ago I dined in with 1 other person. I ordered a small boneless wings and ended up getting traditional. When I told the server that she made a mistake, she tried to argue with me saying that I ordered traditional and not boneless. She fixed the mistake she made. When we told her we were planning on ordering a dessert, she rolled her eyes. After rolling her eyes at us, I was like "You know what? Forget about the dessert. Bring the check and get your manager over here right now." Ended up reporting her to the manager because she was rude to us the whole time for no reason. Unless you love bad service, I recommend you stay away from this BWW.

On December 12th, at 0149, I called to place an order for pick-up. I waited for about 2 mins for someone to pick up the phone, then the person who answered told me to hold. I was on hold for longer than 5 mins, and then an automated response came on the phone and asked me for an extension or an operator. I waited through that prompt for 2 mins, and no one answered so I hung up. I tried calling again, but after 2 mins, still no answer. Im sure that around 2am, on a Thursday morning, BWW is not that busy. I was very displeased with this service, and will no longer order from this Buffalo Wild Wings. I called the Buffalo Wild Wings on Durango and 215, and my order was completed in less than 2 mins. Im not sure who was working behind the bar at this time, on December 12th, but they seemed more interested in what they were doing than helping a willing customer waiting on the line for over 5 mins to place an order.

Im going to be cliché as possible and say if I could give this 0 stars I would. I literally just exited the restaurant as I write this. I joined my party expecting to be served promptly, they (the waitresses) avoided eye contact and not once came over to ask, AND were sitting in the bar area right in front of their dumb faces. Finally asked the MANAGER for a beer and still had the audacity to double check if I was 21 by walking away to go and check. We were asked 1 time if we were doing good, nothing more. We left without gladly leaving a single penny for tip to these rude, lazy people. There was so little attention paid to our party that as were walking out, we were chased by a male waiter telling us THEY forgot to ring us up for something, idiots. Remember, these are the people who feel entitled to more than minimum wage. F the wait staff, F the manager, F this place period.

Terrible service! My boyfriend and I went for some drinks and food for our little date night but that didnt happen at all! We arrived and sat down and the server didnt even greet us or ask us for drinks. No one acknowledged us, we were sitting for almost 20 minutes and NOTHING. Even the manager was right there and he didnt even do anything smh. The server looked at us and just ignored us but he served people that came after us WHICH WERE TWO DIFFERENT TABLES. Oh yeah and another girl that was working was too busy being all lovey dovey with her boyfriend. What kind of employees do you guys hire?? We are big spenders and tippers, you guys lost some customers tonight and we will definitely be spreading the word because that isnt right to just ignore people like that.
