I have been holding this in for sometime now, and I feel it is important information to share. A few weeks ago my husband went to eat breakfast at Jamms here in Las Vegas. He ordered and ate his breakfast, and then asked if he could order some bacon to go.. With one request, that it be made in a separate pan so that I would be able to eat it and not have to worry about cross contamination. The server said it shouldnt be a problem. However, when she brought it to him she informed him that in the future if he were to order the bacon this way it wouldnt be possible if they were busy. He was floored. He is making sure that his wife doesnt potentially die and apparently this "special" request was just to much for the kitchen to handle. Seriously?! So he speaks with the manager and her attitude was so non-chalant that clearly life saving practices are not important. So he gets home, tells me this, and now I am questioning if I should even eat this bacon. I open the container and find not only my bacon but hash brown bits as well. Clearly our request was completely ignored. So I decided to call Jamms and the manager gets on the phone, and when I inform her that I could die if I ate that bacon her response was, well then just dont eat it. I went off on her. Clearly no concern for their patrons is evident. I want everyone in Vegas to know that if you have a "special" request in order to ensure your life isnt jeopardized, wont be taken seriously. It starts at the top people. If management doesnt care then no one else will. I just hope the death of someone doesnt happen due to their carelessness and negligence. I am not asking because I am picky, I am asking because I dont want to die. So please make sure that before you eat there you evaluate their practices. Oh and just so you know no military discount is given, but if you post you are there on social media you get 15% off your bill. Really? I think priorities need to be shifted.

The atmosphere was busy and nice and clean and our bus boy, Juan, was so pleasant and attentive, however, our server Staci, was terrible. We knew there was not a gluten free menu bc Juan had checked for us and that was ok. However, when we asked for help to navigate the menu with regard to what may contain wheat, the server became obviously annoyed and never offered to check with anyone else. She spoke only to my husband then saying, "that since I couldnt (completely her decision) eat the bread bowl that came with my salad, that he and my grand daughter should choose a flavor they would like". She could have offered me a substitute for what came with my meal. Instead, I was railroaded into ordering another side dish for myself. My grand daughter, who is 15, said that the server was noticeably rude to me, We are from LV and are very good tippers but my husband was offended and said he would leave nothing. Ultimately he left a tip bc he didnt want the bus boy to not get anything. I have lost 92 lbs in the past 3 years due to food allergy and I try not to put anyone out, but she couldnt be bothered to ask which salad dressing would be ok for me. She decided on oil and vinegar for me.

Was visiting Vegas on business and randomly stopped into have breakfast one day. As someone who lives in the South I can say their biscuits and gravy would fit in where Im from. Fantastic! The food and service were so good I went back two days later for lunch and I ordered another breakfast item. Ive had omelettes all over the country...it is one of my favorite breakfast items. The "Sandy" is the the best omelette Ive had in my life. The ingredients and the manner in which it were cooked were perfection. Im not even going to get started on the Pot of Bread. I could eat about ten of those. I can never move to Vegas as Id eat at this restaurant at least five days a week and gain two hundred pounds. As an added bonus each member of the staff I interacted with from the Greeter, to the Waitress to the Busboy were friendly and genuine. I cant give enough credit to Jamms as this restaurant is an absolute treasure.

What lovely and efficient ladies I had the pleasure of dealing with. I am in town for a tv show and my crew loved their breakfast sandwiches, to the point I would place a couple group orders a week. YUM! They were always very efficient in getting our orders out. They open at 7am and when we had earlier calls they could get us breakfast sandwiches by 7:15am. Awesome! I know where Ill go whenever I have a crew in town. They would replace the potato options with bread/muffin for our crew as I needed hand held. Best part is it was a new flavor every week. This week it was pumpkin chocolate... delicious!! :) Definitely order from here!!! Great! I hope to set foot in this restaurant before I leave, then I can properly judge the decor - Im sure its fine though. I just gave myself a craving for their food.

The food is out of this work and their portions are plentiful. However, nothing compares to the SUPERIOR quality customer service provided by Ms. Shirley! Upon contacting Jamms via phone to see if they offered anything ‘special’ for a loved ones birthday, Ms. Shirley’s welcoming personality beckoned for us to come in. Although Jamms does not officially have a birthday promotion, Ms. Shirley made sure that our time there was memorable with her outstanding service and singing rendition of happy birthday which in turn had others in the restaurant joining in. Jamms will certainly be in our rotation of eating establishments!

Very friendly staff, perfect amount of food and those pots of bread are delicious. I had the sandy omelet with the raisin/cinnamon pot of bread. Omelet was close to perfectly cooked, the bacon in it was crispy and the avocadoes & tomatoes were fresh. My only complaint was that the omelet fillings were not mixed so one half had all the avocado & tomato while the sour cream was at the other end... but a quick stir took care of that. With coffee, came up to $12.... so not cheap but not overpriced considering what you get on your plate. Will definitely go back!

A hometown feeling as soon as you walk in.. You are greeted and told about how long your wait will be if any at all..The food is delicious and tastes like your mom cooked it for you when you were a kid..Every thing Ive ever ordered has been spot on in flavor and so much you cant eat it all..prices are very reasonable and every time I leave Im looking forward to the next time..If you are a coffee drinker then you will love theirs.. I always ask for a wheelbarrow to roll me out of their when Im done.. I highly recommend you go..you will have to go back again and again.
