7:50 pm Sep 20 2017 I didnt receive a receipt so Im not to sure what the girls name is who helped me she was fair skin with black hair. I tried calling 4 times to alert her about the mistake she made with my order but the phone keeps going off the hook. I requested a simple order of two chicken tacos and a small fry with no salt when i got home I was prepared to bite into a warm taco and saltless frys unfortunately my taco was ICE COLD and the frys were OLD and SALTY Im highly upset with the food that they gave me. I am fully aware that it is called "FAST FOOD " but I would hope that you guys would hire people that care enough about their job not to serve OLD ASS COLD FOOD!

not good - the manager is very rude. She refused to make an egg burrito as part of my big order. I could see if they were busy but no one was there and all the employees just standing around. The manager was on a power trip and showing off in front all the other employees. She should be ashamed of herself - not a good example. All the other Del Tacos I go to in the area make anything even egg burritos any time no matter what time of the day it is. I dont understand why the stores are so inconsistent. Restaurant 101!! I will never go back to this one!!!

ALWAYS check to make sure your order is correct. We live close and come to this location at least twice week. How hard is it to get an order right for them? five times in a row they have screwed up the order...seriously!? I did not complain until today but really, they should all know me by now. I order the same thing the same way every time. 6 hard tacos, no lettuce no sauce, two tostadas with no lettuce no sauce, THAT IS THE WHOLE ORDER. I am disgusted, maybe they need new "cooks" that can read. I think I have been more than patient, how about you?

Terrible management, waitied in drive thru for 30 + mins, when I finally get my food and get home I look and my order is all wrong, so I drive back and the manager tells me "well its Thursday", they may be an acceptable excuse for your company but its not for me. Finally he finds my order in the computer for my refund, he brings me back a receipt and says, " your 10$ should be back in your account". If thats how you train your managers, I will no longer patronize your business.

This place should close their business. It is filthy dirty. The employees were trying to clean when I arrived and no one there which is understandable should of been my first clue. Had to wait while employees stood around and did nothing while one girl worked to make my food waited 20 minutes and still my order was incorrect. DO NOT GO THERE NOT WORTH THE WAIT MY FOOD WAS STILL COLD AND NOT GOOD!! Found a hair too!! UGH!!

Awful! !!!!! 2 times in a row I have eaten there. First I have had salad, eat 3 bites and had to stop. Later I got sick. Second, today, fish tacos... had one and had to stop. Taste horrible! !!!!!! And if I get sick this time I will call health district.

Dirty tables , rude staff Eva and a generally dont care attitude. Staff parking their vehicles in the handicapped accessible walk way. Guess they dont know anyone thats in a wheelchair.
