My wife and I just got back from San Diego. We were talking about how Vegas doesnt cater to the locals enough and it is only about the tourist. In San Diego it just seems to be all about the locals. They have amazing restaurants there that are local favorites. Including an awesome pizza place called Nova Pizza. Highly recommend that place as well. So in Vegas we are always trying to find a great local restaurant, not a chain. This is place is awesome. When my wife and I walked in, it was not what we expected, which was a good thing. When you order, its just like ordering from Cafe Rio, Subway, Port of Subs, etc. when it comes to the type of pizza and all the toppings. This place is not your ordinary pizza joint. The pizzas seem to be very authentic. If you are expecting Pizza Hut or Papa Johns style pizza, this is not the place. The pizzas are baked right after you order them and it takes about 90 seconds to cook in a wood fire oven. The pizzas are absolutely amazing!!! We will definitely be going back. It should be added that they sell other Italian dishes too including Gelato. I hope more people go experience this awesome place!!! We need places like this to stay in business.

Had the opportunity to check this place out this evening with the Las Vegas Pizza Posse and I have to say they earned a thumbs up. I loved the being able to watch them assemble my pizza, from hand tossing the dough, to the spooning on the sauce, to piling on the toppings. Take the pizza and toss in a small salad and it would make for a GRRREAT dinner for two. I went with the Chef Marc and I gotta say it was a tasty combination of flavors. Service wise most of the action takes place behind the counter, which explains the short wait times on orders. The staff actually seemed to like what they were doing, which shows in the quality of the end product. They do offer beer on draft as well as bottled, wine and of course soda (self serve). I always ask myself would I feel good about recommending a place to friends and family, and I have to say heck yeah Id definitely recommend this place. If your looking for some delicious, hot and fresh Neapolitan style pizza, and you like the idea of being able to watch them assemble your pizza, you have to check this place out.

I ordered a pizza all the way from Georgia for my best friend in Vegas and asked Novecento if they could write a congrats note on the box. They not only did the note, but typed up a Certificate of Achievement for her! How sweet is that?! She sent me pictures and I almost licked my screen lol. But Ill have to wait until Im not in prep to indulge in something that delicious. My friend said "its so good." Mission accomplished! Thank you so much Novecento!!!!

The pizza is still good (but inconsistent preparations). However, the place is getting dirtier and dirtier. The staff seems complacent. It was a very different feel when the owner, his wife, brother, or similar were on site. The Eastern Ave location is even worse because they have all the same problems but to a much higher degree and there the pizza is often over topped and soggy.

Fast, fresh, and friendly. All ingredients are made in house, including amazing desserts. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The dough is about as close to what I had in Italy more so than others in Vegas. The Naples with house made sausage!!! The Naples has the bufalo mozzarella and they grind and make their own sausage! Will be back!!!!

Ordered take out, but most of the pizza was burned. The two slices that werent burnt were pretty great and their cannolis were amazing. I called them up and told them about the burnt pizza and they were nice enough to work something out so that I could come back another day.

Fast as usual. Top notch ingredients. Really loved the pizza, my wife had the stromboli. Beer was ice cold... The staff has really improved the past month or 2. Kind, friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great experience. It was not my first, nor will it be my last.

**Legit wood fired pizza** They use the best ingredients which set it apart from the rest. I have a brick oven at home where I cook pizza and they are a few steps above, honestly speaking. On top of that, really cool people running the place. ✊

Awesome build your own pizzas with authentic wood fired Neapolitan chimney. What a find! The owner Vinny has kept some great recipes with San marzano sauce and some new classics. Fast, delicious food. Try the Manhattan sodas!

In my opinion this is some of the best pizza in town! It is always fresh, rarely is there a wait and the food is always phenomenal! I have been going since they opened years ago and a loyal customer. Never been dissatisfied. A+

We love this place for pizza and salad and the eggplant is the best anywhere. The tomato sauce leaves the most wonderful lingering taste in your mouth. Have been coming here for a long time regularly.

GREAT food! Reminds me of New York pizza FROM NY. The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant, too. However, service is INCREDIBLY slow. Like super slow. Its worth the wait... just be prepared :-)

We have been here several times. The service is usually quick and you get the pizza quickly as well. My main complaint is its a little pricey and the pizza is usually burnt on the bottom.

Went to try this place for the first time. They were out of shredded mozzarella and dough. Kinda rough to make a pizza without these items. The staff didnt seem to care. We left.
