I enjoy ordering from this restaurant, however I notice a huge discrepancy between day shift and night shift. Night shift is awesome! Our food arrives hot and our orders are correct. My issue is with day shift. (Around noon crew) I called to order food yesterday and an employee simply answered the phone saying hello. Once I said hello she said how can I help you, never even letting me know I called where I wanted to call. I say I want to make an order for delivery and she hung up in my face. I call back, get the same girl who now answers the phone correctly. I let her know I want an order for delivery and she says what can I get you. Now Im assuming you have caller ID now but still confirm that the number Im calling from is where you are taking the food. I make my order and after I hung up I said I need to call back and make sure they know where this food is going as she never asked for a phone number address or name. An hour and 20 minutes later I call to find out where my food is. I am informed that they ran out of fries, and that they had to go get more fries and thats why it was taking so long. I never received a call, which would have taken seconds to make, letting me know my food would be delayed or asking if I wanted to make a substitution. Also when we order hot wings during the day they arrive soggy and swimming in a pool of sauce, whereas night shift sends them crispy and nicely sauced without a pool of oil and hot sauce in the bottom.

Most of their food sucks except for their wings and garlic balls, however their customer service always sucks. Any time Ive had an issue and called they blow me off. The most recent time I had food delivered the garlic balls arrived blackened and burned. When I called they didnt even apologize or offer to correct the issue, they told me to call grub hub about the issue, when I told them to correct it since they messed it up, they told me that it was my fault for not putting directions in the order to have them lightly cooked. My mind was blown that that was their answer. Like really? Its my fault for not specifying that I didnt want my food burnt? I did eventually get them to send out new ones which arrived perfectly cooked and hot but an hour and a half later after I had eaten the rest of my meal.. the food is always inconsistent, sometimes its sooo good and sometimes it sucks and is low quality. Very upset at the poor customer service.

Im usually satisfied with Grand Pizza. But today was not one of those times... I ordered couple pizzas fingers fries and soda for my husband to pick up on his way home from work. When he got there it wasnt ready. So he waited...and waited.. come to find out they gave his order to another customer!! He already paid & was tired from work didnt want to wait 30 more minutes. So they said they would deliver it & even gave him a Philly cheese sandwich. Well.... They delivered his sandwich & thats it! No pizza fingers fries soda... And they even messed up his free sandwich. 20 minutes later our order was finally delivered ... Minus the soda. But at this point I really didnt care considering they kept messing up.... Dont think Ill order from there for a while

They dont care about their customers. We used to have Grand Italia delivered regularly, at least three to four times a month - they have an awesome chicken, bacon and honey mustard sandwich! - but the one and only time my husband called to complain about his food they refused to refund the price of his dinner and instead offered to send out the same meal again. We never ordered from them again given the way they treat loyal customers. If I go to a restaurant and send back my plate because of some problem, its removed from my bill, so we didnt understand what the problem was with Grand Italia refunding us for that one meal.

They trespassed on the gated community of my apartment complex, leaving annoying large flyers on everyones door. When I asked the person to stop and take back the flyer, as I caught him at my door, he rudely walked away and said I could throw the flyer away myself. I told him they werent allowed to drop off flyers here, and he ignored me and continued going door to door in other buildings. Any company that trespasses and acts rude in their promotional campaign shouldnt be given business to, in my opinion. Also it looks like their YELP star rating is extremely poor anyway.

Worst service Ive ever heard ever had IN MY LIFE !! I work literally 3 minutes away from this place and was given an ETA of 5 minutes and 15 minutes later still no food!! So I call to ask where the driver is and I was told "I dont know, I dont have the drivers number but he should be there soon" SERIOUSLY ?!?! How do you not have that information!? I wil never again in life order from this unprofessional place and will tell ALL of my coworkers NEVER to order from there. Here we are 5 minutes into this review and guess what STILL NO FOOD!

I just ordered a special that comes with one 16" pizza with 1 topping, a salad and garlic knots. The driver forgot my salad, then I realized the pizza I got was a meat lovers, and I didnt even want meat on it. so when I called back, she asked me if I wanted the original pizza I ordered, and when I said yes, she wanted me to give the pizza they sent me back!!! Terrible customer service, they should have offered me a free desert/appetizer or something for the inconvience! The pizza looks good, but I wont be ordering from here again.

100% will come back here. I just moved to the area and havent unpacked yet so I decided to try this place out. I had been waiting for my pizza and wings about 20 minutes when one of the employees approached and told me they lost my ticket. He gave me back the money for my pizza and sincerely apologized. Ive been a restaurant owner and manager for 25 years and this ladies and gentlemen is how business is done. I will be coming back here a lot because of the simple fact they care about their customers. Plus the food is amazing!!

I ordered the pizza at 5:20 and was told it would take 45-60 minutes to be delivered. After 75 minutes I called to see where they were. I was told the driver was on his way and would be here any minute. Another 30 minutes of waiting and I called back again. I was told the driver would be here in 5 minutes. Another 12 minutes of waiting and we called Dominos. While I was canceling our order with Grand Italia, the driver finally showed up, 5 minutes shy of 2 hours. Im throwing away the flier that says "Fast Delivery" on the cover.

I wanted to eat pizza tonight, this place is supposed to be open until 5 am, according to the flyer they left in my door and google. I called three times at midnight and got no answer. I was directed to an automated system asking me to enter an extension after letting it ring for a while. Where are your employees? And why arent they answering the phones? You list my business tonight. I like supporting local food but when this happens, I will go to the chains because theyre dependable. And I dont want an apology, just fix it.
