Very disappointed. First let me state that my daughter graduated from kindergarten and Im very happy about that but I decided to take her to the buffet(green valley)for her graduation and come to my surprise it was a BIG MISTAKE. I show up 20 minutes with my family before DINNER STARTED AT 4pm and they are already switching lunch to dinner. So prior to arrival, my wife and I called and ASK ABOUT PRICES. They specifically said with GOLD CARDS that the price would be $8.99 per person! We get there and they hold up the line until DINNER STARTS. Now we paid extra for dinner BUT ARRIVED before dinner was even suppose to start. Vangie the cashier was very snappy and acted very rude to my mother in law, snatching her ID from her and mouthing off to me saying she already told me that it was going to cost more when she was clearly dealing with my mother in law the entire time: never did she turn to me and spoke to me directly. Of course my family is upset and loses their appetite so immediately I ask for the manager Palo, he comes walking out and attends to the situation with NO SENSITIVITY AT ALL. No componsation, nothing to make me feel better or EVEN WANT TO COME BACK. He does NOTHING. Stands there and didnt even say sorry. Didnt make Vangie apologize for her attitude or NOTHING. Ill never come back here and Ill make sure to let people know that green valleys buffet has nothing to offer I mean even the food was terrible the only thing I really liked was the banana pie.(at least Im honest)

I went to eat with my family the other day, and if only you knew how horrible the customer service person was to us. Before we paid, the lady asked if we had the players card, so we gave it to her. (She was very impatient) Then my mother hands her debit card, and right at that moment my older brother takes his players card out right when she swiped her card. We asked her if it was okay to use another players card( it would save us 10$) and she rolls her eyes and says"uhm yeah ok" in a rude manner. And supposedly "voids" the transaction, and swipes the card again. As soon as we payed and sat down to eat, I log into my bank account, and realize I was charged twice, one for the $91and another for $81. At that moment we go speak to the "manager" and all he says is that he cant do anything about it. SO WE WILL NEVER go there again. I still have that charge and it is bogus how they couldnt do anything about it. I know the girl did that out of spite, but oh well. Just make sure if your going to go to that place, to watch carefully you dont get charged twice. I would have just payed that extra $10 then have rather get charged twice.

Food is decent for a buffet as well as the price. However if you expect the servers to do anything, such as get you a drink or a refill, you are out of luck. I dont expect perfect service when I go out to eat but I do expect some kind of service. And the lack of service at this place is more than enough for me to never come back again. And here I was thinking that Station Casinos loves locals. Clearly they need to get a new slogan because they do not love locals or anyone for that matter

The one-star reviews are from idiots. Ive been to this Buffet over a hundred times and the service is always very good. Also, there is a special line for handicapped. I have also been to almost every buffet in town and this is without a doubt the best value, All Things Considered. The Bellagio and the M are of course better...if you want to pay three times the money. Overall the food at Green Valley is very good.

Great variety of food and value. The chefs at the Dynasty grill area where you pick out the veggies and food you want and they stir fry it in front of you are great. You can add a variety of meats or no meat and it is the best make your own stir fry in Vegas. No other casino buffet compares to the quality of this one; even the ones on the Strip that are much more expensive are not as good as this one.

If you are disabled, do NOT come to this buffet! I cant stand for long with my RA, and the line is an hour long. I recommend going to Palace Station or Sams Town or ANY OTHER buffet which allows disabled patrons to be seated immediately. Most do. It takes us longer to get our food anyway, so Im thinking they shove people with disabilities into a back corner. Might as well be even meaner than they are!

Heard today August will be the last of the Friday seafood buffet because of costs ? Get your fill while they last folks. Sad that the casinos are cuttting "perks" and specials that bring people in...the BBQ buffet was cut about a year ago too...hope it wont turn out like the other buffets the station casinos have like the fiesta and sunset...well below the quality of GVR.

We feel this is the best buffet in Las Vegas and used to go there a lot when they would send us a 2 for 1 station casino mailing and usually had a lot more people will us, but havent been receiving the mailings for a while. Being Las Vegas locals we go where the bargains are. If they start sending them again we will probably start going back.

For green valley... the buffet is just ok. Red rocks is better quality and the line moves quick. Id give an extra star but the wait is always horrible. Even when you look from the line and see multiple dirty tables just sitting. Its always like this. Listen to your locals!

We consider Green Valley Ranch our home town casino! Our Kids love the buffet and hubby and I play so much here, We get comp meals. Never had a problem yet... Highly recommend here over the other stations. Redrock also great! Great job Green Valley

By far the best buffet and perfect hangout for friends and family! The cuisine is consistently delicious and most of the staff is courteous and helpful. Shout-out to Lilian and Marliana! You guys are so kind and make the stay even more enjoyable! :)

Old school vegas...great drinks at a value. Won on three machines Had the nightly special.. Full dinner..steak and fried shrimp 8.95 ...steak was tasty and cooked to my liking. Thursday night is pot roast night as of this weeks menu.

Seafood buffet is one night only, Fridays. The line is obscene. There wasnt anything served that was that good. I think that line would become more manageable if it were several nights a week. Well maybe. Its good, just not superb.

Pretty mediocre food. Old orange chicken, old sushi, dry hush puppies, some undercooked noodles, bad corn, and overall not worth the price. Fairly disappointing for "one of the best buffets". Hopefully just a bad night.

This place has a good variety of food. Ive eaten here several times and Ive never had a complaint about the quality of the food. Lunch is a little pricey but if you sign up for the rewards card you get a discount.

Very good buffett. The selection is not amazing but I give it a B+. The cost is better than most Vegas buffets. The staff was very quick with refills and general attentiveness.
