I love my flat iron steak and have been going to Whiskey Creek for years like since I was ity bitty. Went during lunch both my little sister and I got steak for our meal. Received my salad but got no bread. I waited further until we got our steaks and still no bread so I had to ask =(. When I ordered my steak the waitress tried to upsell me like they do, with a loaded baked potato. I told her just EXTRA butter and EXTRA sour cream. When I received my plate the potato was loaded. =( so after waiting a very long while (only 2 bites of my steak left) she finally came back over. I told her I could be wrong but this appears loaded. Her fake gasp of shock gave her away as to her knowing. She had me put the baked potato on the dirty salad plate and brought me a new one at which time I was done with my steak. I also had to ask for more water =( We were all finished for the most part my 5 year old sister was still munching when she gave us our bill. I was waiting on my sister, when the waitress came up and asked me if I was ready with my bill! I was like what?!! I wasnt going to say anything at all to the manger about having to ask for everything that is your job to do, but when she asked if I was ready to settle up I was appalled. When Im ready it will be at the end of the table, dont try and hurry us out. At which point I asked for a manager, he came over immediately over doing the genuine vibe, when I told him what had occurred he did give a discount trying to make it right but his fake concern or genuineness voided that effort.

Looking for good food? Not here!! We walked in and waited 5mins to be greeted then the manager told us we would need to wait at least 5 more mins even thought there were at least 15 tables open. After 3-4 people left we were finally seated. We took a few minutes to look over the menus as we had never been to the restaurant and the waitress kept coming back to the table every few seconds to see if we were ready-she was very nice and happy, probably the only good thing about the place! We ordered our food, with exact instructions on how we wanted our steakes cooked. Our salads were good. But we ordered our steaks medium (hot pink center) but instead they came out bloody raw, hardly cooked at all. They took them back, and mine came back with; some medium, some still raw and some very well done. My husbands was no where close to being what he asked for as well and they both had a funny flavor. The manager did try to rectify the situation by giving us a 50% discount. I left without eating and will never return. If you are looking for a good steak this is NOT the place to go.

Food was amazing. We have been to another Whiskey creek and it was amazing all around but this particular one was not... The food was as good as ever but the service was horrible! The server didnt check on us and felt like we were ignored, we didnt get our appetizer and then they tried to charge us for it and addtionally the raspberry lemonade one of us ordered the first drink was good but the second one was horrible. We tried to get the attention of anyone and got no response. Thankfully they removed the drink and the appetizer off of our ticket after we had gotten up and were in the process of going to the front to get help! Again, the food was amazing as ever but if the server had been more attentive then many of the problems we had would have been fixed.

Ordered a medium rare on the rare side sirloin after I found out all the prime rib left at 5:30 pm was medium well or more done. First steak came and was done, no pink what-so-ever. Waitress promptly replaced with cooked as ordered in 5 minutes or so. When she checked on our bill she told us the Manager had comped my meal 100% which a few bucks off would have been fine with me. Not so. Bill came at full price. When we asked her to talk to manager about bill she came back and explained he was comping my first steak they cooked wrong to begin with. Unbelievable, what, did they expect us to pay for both of my meals?!?!? Management is a joke here, check Yelp reviews and you will see the same. Save your money, for $18 it was a total rip off!

The Spring Roll appetizer was good. Salmon was good. Salads were just ok. Broccoli was way over done and mushy. Whatever you do, dont order the pork chop unless you like it cooked as shoe leather!! Horrible. Overall, the food was mediocre at best. When we complained and said we ordered it medium, the manager said they couldnt cook it any other way but well done. Should we have been told that when ordering? YES! The bartender was Less than friendly - we ate at the bar and expected a congenial person. She was definitely not. When asking for the reorder, she snapped at us that she couldnt concentrate on so much at once (cause she was making drinks). VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXPERIENCE!! The bartender lost her tip and we wont be back!

Ive never had a better steak. The wood fire prime rib is better in taste than every girl I dated was at sex. Bit high in price but the food quality is awesome. Even though carbs are the enemy, the dinner bread is amazing. You have permission to cheat on your low carb diet just this once. I just got back and ate on Saturday March 2016 between 6:30 PM and 8 PM. Who ever cooked our steaks was a master level cook. Our waiter was also great, but that girl at the podium forgot assign him sooner, we ate a quarter of the peanut bucket. We had the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizers and those were delicious and I dont even like shrimp... Seriously, I hate shrimp, but these were an exception I do not regret.

I visited this restaurant on Monday night, it was not busy at all but still the service was very slow. I thought it could not get any worse when it took like 40 minutes to get my cold steak and sides but they managed to top it off with 45 minute wait for dessert. It was a cake! How hard can it be to cut it an put it on a plate and on my table. The waitress acted like it was normal to wait that long, did not even blink when she finaly came the cake was dropped on top of my check! Awful service!!! Will definitely NOT visit again! Don’t even want to think how it will be on a busy weekend!

Hungry for a good meal after traveling all day. Waitress was friendly, we ordered our food same time as drinks because we were pressed for time. Salad and fries were good , but was only thing we can brag about. Steak was like a tough piece of leather, no flavor...my Philly steak sandwich was the same except it had a few vegetables to add a little flavor/moisture. My bun on sandwich was like day old bread. We asked for bread with steak, she brought out this nice looking small loaf of "fresh" bread, which was old and as dry as the steak...good luck may need to revamp your chef. JUST SAY NO
