Went in here a month or 2 ago and were completely ignored by wait staff and management. We asked for a high chair when we were sat and after waiting 15 minutes for a waitress we asked again for a high chair...in which case she rolled her eyes and walked away. She never came back. I then asked a manager for a high chair and she walked off. After about 30 minutes of sitting there with no high chair, no drinks and no other service we left. It was about 2 in the afternoon, there was maybe 3 or r other tables in there and 3 or 4 employees standing around talking. It was a joke. I had tried to contact corporate about this matter and they too have ignored us. So, in short...this place will not be receiving my business again.

Food is cold beer is warm, found out one of the cooks spits in the food, managers are terrible, roaches in the resteraunt, most of the food is bad, at best the food is average for buffalo wild wings at worst i will never ever eat there again will be contacting all my military buddies and letting them know to never eat there, would rather take my service to chilis.

I came here to watch the game. I could not see the game very well. I asked it to be moved to a better screen. Shot down. I asked later again and was told that it was controled by corporate and would not be changed. I I feel so robbed by the whole situation. Not to mention that the food is way to over priced. I will be going to chilis next time.

I think what bothers me the most is that i cant give this place zero stars. Worst service in the world. Our waitress would disappear for 10 minutes at a time, simple requests for extra napkins took 10 more minutes. Avoid this place unless youre looking for an epic exercise in patience and dealing with complete and utter incompetence.

Veterans day, bartender asked me for my ID from my service. Really? Because I dont look like a greasy biker u ask for ID?. Im not retired I have a photo of my dd and ng papers but I dont need to show you anything. One side of my dry wings were un rubbed and the other tasted bad. Should have stopped in Abilene that buffalo ww rocks.

Placed an order of tenders and shrimp (came with wedges), should have checked the serving size before leaving. Paid $14.71 and was very disappointed to find 3 tenders and a handful of shrimp in the box. The tenders and shrimp tasted good - upset I paid so much for what was served. FYI - combo doesnt even come with a drink......

Even for a BWW, this place sux sooooo bad. You cant drink more than 2 or 3 beers here then they wont serve you anymore. I think its because of the holy roller bible thumping baptists here in this backwater, inbred hick infested dump and the make believe bullcrap they believe in. Anyway, go somewhere else.This place blows.

Food to go is always cold and stiff. Fries are soggy. All these reviews are true. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! And just to find out a cook spits on food ?! Oh no no no! I will contact corporate this a health matter nobody is gonna be eating some nasty man/woman spit. That is just disgusting.

Second time here. Only come because pregnancy cravings are wings and they satisfy my cravings. Service has been terrible both times now. Worst waitresses Ive seen in a while, bartender cares more about her personal business than work.

The Brownwood Texas Buffalo Wild Wings has always been better and any other Buffalo Wild Wings that I have been to. However the last two times the Brownwood store has become just as bad as the others. Just bad service

Our waitress was super helpful. My son order hot wings and couldnt handle the heat. She gladly took them back and replaced them with what he wanted. Only downfall, they dont have gluten free.
