I was at Red Lobster on Mothers Day and the food, our server, and even the hosts were great- polite, kind, and friendly. The only reason Im rating this restaurant with one star is because the manager was going around asking all the tables how their service was going. I saw him ask all of the tables around us except us. He even asked these same tables around us various times about the service they were getting but completely ignored us even as he made eye contact with my mother and I various times. I really hope he didnt ask us because we were speaking Spanish. I love Red Lobster but because of the treatment we received (or lack of) from the manager himself we will never be back at this location.

I do not leave many reviews but I am a firm believer of giving credit where credit is due. The food was exceptional and our waitress Stephanie was 5 star worthy. This young lady made our experience one of the best in years. My wifes mothers birthday dinner will be one to remember. This young lady was both delightful and attentive. With customer service becoming a thing of the past it was a great surprise to have such a wonderful dinner experience. Thank you Stephanie and Red Lobster of Grand Island!!! We will be back!!

The food and service was excellent. Tammy was pleasant and fun! She knew the menu well and was able to make good suggestions. The New Orleans Salmon and Shrimp was delicious and filling. And the biscuits... Killer!

Never a bad meal here. A bit expensive but, worth every cent. I could almost make a meal of thier biscuits alone! Oh, such buttery, cheddery goodness! Now Im making myself hungry just giving my review, dang it.

The Salmon New Orleans is amazing! My drink tonight was the berry mango daqure. My husband had the Shrimp Trio and couldnt finish the meal.
