Used to be our favorite place to eat at least 2x per week. They recently remodeled and something has changed the taste of the food. The chicken is definitely not the same, not nearly as good....even found a partial grasshopper in the spinach. But my biggest complaint is the state of the bathrooms- dirty bathrooms with non-working soap dispensers....not just one visit, every visit, every single time. Bathrooms are filthy, and dispensers do not work. The restaurant has been a good one, but is starting to decline, even with the remodel, which is sadly unfinished- no window trim and NO BLINDS to shade you from the West sun as you sit at the West end tables. Need attention to detail. Please fix those soap dispensers......

I usually dont do this, but I ate here twice in the past week and both times me and my fiancé have gotten sick. She threw up both times while I just had intense intestinal discomfort. Tastes good but only for as long as it stays down

I do not like the sides in the new containers, Food dose not taste as good. Also my local KFC puts order in a box, no plates. I still think its the best fried chicken around. Because of the changes I wont be stopping in as often.

KFC in west plains was so hot it wasnt even enjoyable....they need a new ac...employees said they had been working on it sounds like they need a new one...will not be going back

Would rate higher if they hadnt done away with the grilled option. Seems like a strange decision with the number of gluten allergies today. Leaves out my autistic son.
