I prefer to not have to catch any restaurant on a "good day" in order to enjoy my meal there. As we live in the neighborhood, we decided last night to take the kids there for dinner (as weve done countless times before). My wife cautioned me beforehand, saying "okay, but if we go youre not allowed to complain about it". I really thought that for some reason yesterday would be different, that the food would be better. It was worse. Cold and dried-out entrees took up the majority of the spots on the sporadically maintained hot bars. It wasnt a matter of making a decision from many good -looking options, but more "which of these items looks edible?" I really should have just bolted with the family and gone somewhere, ANYWHERE else. 1. Sweet & Sour sauce basically pink water 2. Sushi selections all garbage 3. Booths need repair 4. Only ice cream topping is sunflower seeds? 5. This food is gross 6. Seriously, please dont eat this. 2017 is turning out to be the year that I saw goodbye forever to some of my more frequently visited restaurants, and New China got its goodbye kiss last night. Somewhere down the road they just stopped trying and stopped caring, and it really shows. If you decide to ignore this advice and go anyway, ask to go see the bar before youre seated. Take a really good look at it, all of it, and know that youve been warned. Theres a 100% percent chance that you will not catch me ever eating there again.

Horrible!! If I could write a review without the star I would. That being said dont waste your time and money coming to this place. Staff is extremely rude!! Especially fat dude who usually works front desk, hes got no manners he shouldnt even work customer service. I wonder if hes the owners son or something cause it doesnt make any sense. A lady upfront had to wait to be seated when he finally comes by he asks "what do you want to drink" writes it down and proceeds to hand it to her and tells her to pick a seat when she asks anywhere? He doesnt respond he simply turns around and stars walking away. She said Im sorry if I made you mad and he stills walks away. No reaction nothing! If you happen to walk in after the rush hour expect dead food they wont put anymore food out regardless of how many times or how nice you ask. If they run out of something oh well. I work in the restaurant business myself and know what to expect. Save yourself a trip save your money the food is just average nothing special maybe extra salt not to mention they charge dinner price all day Sunday without adding anything to justify price.

I used to be a huge supporter of this restaurant as my family would tell, being that they offered Mongolian Grill and Sushi all apart of theyre Buffet for a reasonable price. Sadly, they have let their stands slip so far that they are breaching a health risk! The food at the dinner buffet was clearly left there for what could easily be concluded as nothing but leftover lunch, quite smooshy and cold! So cold, I quickly questioned the risk of food poisoning with my family. We told the staff who informed us to " Get food from the bottoms and not the top". Its insulting to be told that I need to do that to get somewhat warm food! Please fokes, Im all about supporting smaller businesses and staying local but be forewarned that the owners arent going to respect your concerns as they should.

Went here yesterday with family. First off there were hardly any customers inside. You could tell the food had been there since they first opened. Asked them to put fresh food out and they just looked at us and walked away. Then while I was getting my 2nd plate, I got pushed out the way by a guy changing out the serving utensils for clean ones. Our server stood there and watched our every move and watched us eat the whole time we was in there. When we first got there we asked to sit in a certain spot and got told the section was closed, but shortly before we left they sat 1 guy in that section. He even brought his own cans of pop. I ended up getting sick from the food. Been vomitting all night and day. Will NEVER be returning to this location again!

Normally, I dont leave reviews, but I had to this time. I will never go back to this place. We went there on a Friday night, a little over 2 hours from closing time. There were quite a few people there, but none of the food was fresh and they certainly were not going to make any more. The flavors were great, but the food was very old. So we decided to go to the hibachi grill. My husband waited over 20 minutes for them to get the grill going and start cooking our food. Afterwards, we watched as one of the women there picked up food from the counter and mixed it back in with the food in the bowls. Then, she used the same tongs to stir up all of the meats (shrimp, chicken, etc). Needless to say, we left quickly and will not be going back.

Visited a few times, seems every time they go farther and farther down. Food was so cold and they dont seem concerned, yet offended. They just say you need to stir the food and get it from the bottom, Really??? The manager runs his mouth in his language behind customers backs (I can assume because of the body language, eyes rolling, and the fact he does nothing about it). We werent the only ones complaining. He walked away from ones complaining with quite an attitude. We wont be back. I hope enough people stop going and either make them clean it up and serve hot fresh food or close. Sorry too many good restaurants and people trying to make it to throw money away on a restaurant that dont care about you the paying customers.

Went to this buffet just yesterday. They had the WORST service ever. A friend and I walked in didnt say a word and waiting behind people to check out. After they left another employee just stared us then goes 2 buffet? We said no we needed to go boxes because we didnt plan to eat at the restaurant. She gives us a look gets the boxes and we go off and get our food. I feel like I have to stress that we barely said anything inside the restaurant we just wanted to get going because we had prior plans. We make our way to the front desk to pay. And a cutie little girl has the WORST attitude. Just really standoffish and odd. I understand theres a language barrier but bad service is bad service end of story.

Spent about 21.50 for two buffets, walked around aimlessly looking for something that looked even slightly edible. Got a plate of rice, chicken on a stick, shrimp, and sweet and sour chicken. Everything was cold before I even got to the table. Went back to find something else, and hovered my hand over the buffet lines, and literally everything was cold. Dont waste your money. I drove 10 minutes to get home and barely made it because I suddenly had diarrhea. Im on the toilet typing this right now. I wish I could rate this place at a -5 stars. Dont waste your time, money, or your colon on this sorry excuse for a restaurant. I wouldve found warmer, more edible food in a toilet in a McDonalds bathroom.
