My husband and I were in town for our anniversary, we had such a busy day we just wanted something quick to eat. We looked at the buffet before choosing what we wanted. The buffet only had 2 pieces of crispy chicken, which is all I eat, and 2 biscuits, my husband prefers original which there was 3 pieces. Everything on buffet looked to have been there for hours, so before ordering I ask the guy waiting on us will you be adding more fresh chicken and biscuits? & he assured me with the exact word of absolutely, no problem. Well I got one of the 2 pieces of the chicken and the softest biscuit from the 2 offered. We ate what we put on our plates, never made a second trip because NO ONE ever bothered ever putting anything fresh on the buffet the whole time we were there! The place was filthy, tables/chairs included, we just had to pick a seat for me to clean and it was disgusting! I thanked one of the workers for putting the fresh chicken and biscuits out like the other worker assured us. Everyone but the boy who didnt do his job wished us a good evening, lol . But what was worse was we never even got an apology.! I wouldnt ever eat here again if it was FREE!

Got new owners that cleaned the place up some. The foods a lot better now. And I dont have to question if theres a dead worm in my coleslaw. But I do too an eye out and still worry about it. Because I have found a warm in my slaw. It had runt my favorite part of food at KFC. But since I the y have gotten new owners, I will occasionally eat their food. Its expensive fast food but is a quick bite to take home for a family meal.

Ended up here by accident and was pleasantly surprised to find this KFC to be quite a bit different from others I have been to... not nearly as greasy, and actually pretty good.

Never have what you want. Always out of white meat or have to substitute something when you order. Very disappointed!! Need to start planning better!!

Food is good and staff is friendly most of the time. They seem to be "out" of a menu item almost every time I go there.
