This is the second time we have been here that we had to wait over 10 minutes for "fast" food. I would expect youd have breakfast items ready at 8 AM when you would expect breakfast orders! I can see waiting a few minutes, but waiting nearly 15 minutes for a few breakfast sandwiches in the morning tells me that this place is run poorly. We will not be going back. The food isnt that great in the first place.

I have been there three times. Two of the times have been generally fine. The food was on par with other Jack in the Box restaurants. However, the third time they got my order wrong. Unfortunately, I didnt realize it until i got back to work.

Every now and then they have horrible days during which orders take way too long to be made and very few coworkers are actually working. Im not entirely sure why this happens but it definitely sucks.

Went through the drive-thru with my dog in the car, and they offered to give us a few strips of bacon for her. Very nice staff, and Ive never gotten a messed up order from this location!
