I am remiss in doing a review for Tommy and his staff at Sombreros since I have been getting great food and service at a very reasonable price for years. Yesterday my wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere and food once again. She had the chicken quesadillas and I had the beef burrito with fajita steak instead of ground beef. We had the usual chips and salsa dip and a bowl of the white quesso to start the meal. All of the food was wonderful and if you have not had the fajita meat in your burrito you do not know what you are missing. As I said before the food and service were excellent.

We have gone here for years, but have recently stopped. The prices are just too high for non-authentic mexican food with no difference hardly for lunch time. Also, the carry out is awful. I can not tell you how many times I have showed up when it was supposed to be ready and waited an additional 15-25 minutes. While the owner is awesome and super sweet we dont go here much anymore. Update: Thought I would give their take out another shot. I have waited over 18 minutes on hold now to place an order. I will not be going here or ordering from here anymore.

Always a great experience... the owner/chef often makes rounds at the table ensuring you have an exceptional dinning experience. Taco Tuesday is family friendly and children not only eat free but face painting is free as well (tips are not required but are appreciated). Their yummy cold Margaritas and sizzling Fajitas are sure to please the adults. Try them out if youve never been there... and if you have, please continue to support this wonderful local business.

Upon arrival for dinner at The House of Tricks, the hostess informed us that she was seating us outside on the patio. We pointed out to her that she was wearing a winter coat, so she good naturedly found us a table inside. There were patio heaters, and under usual Phoenix weather conditions, the heaters would have done the job

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, amazing food, fair prices. Every time Ive been in there the owner goes around to all the tables ands makes sure everything is okay. Kids eat free every Tuesday, on those nights there is a face painter, depending on who it is there could also be balloon animals.

What a flavorful experience, had Beef Fajitas for two. The most tenderest meat we have ever eaten. To top the wonderful meal we had Fried Ice Cream prepared the way it should be and delicious. The friendly owner made his way around the room and talked with us, what a treat. 10 stars☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I love this place! Tommy is just a great guy and the food is very good. I appreciate that he comes around to your tableto make sure everything is good. Also, the fundraisers and benefits he does shows his true character! Must eat here if you are coming to Walker!

Excellent service, friendly staff, and tasty food at affordable prices. We dined here during the historic flooding and the owner was extremely nice and caring. They were one of the only places in Walker serving food shortly after the flood.

Some interesting twists on traditional Tex-Mex favorites. Sometimes simple is better. I really enjoyed the cheese and onion enchiladas. Bold, clean, distinct flavors combined artfully.
