First of all, the service was fast and the food came out hot, so no complaints there. My complaint is in the order placement, at least how it was on May 27 2016 when I visited. This particular location wont let you order a combo with no drink. For example, I wanted the #1 combo, the Sonic Cheeseburger & fries, but without the drink. Normally the combo is $6.95 after tax, and without the drink its $6.28. Instead they were going to charge me over $8 because they input the order as not a combo, but two á la carte items: a burger and fries. Several carhops as well as the manager told me that this is how they had to input the order with their new computers. I had been to a different Sonic just the day before, and this was not an issue. Either there is a problem with their computers at this one location or both the crew and the managers are not trained on how to use their software, neither of which are professional. While its not expensive to order a drink, I still ended up paying for a drink I didnt want so I didnt have to pay the ridiculous á la carte price that cost more than the combo itself.

AWFUL! I waited over an hour for my food and while they catered to their friends. The food was a joke. Had 3 tiny hot dogs in a foot long bun. A family Size order of tots even after having them remade was a handful of tots with a boat load of chili. Called the next day spoke with general manager who said they would replace it. I came later that day and an assistant manager came out to me with an attitude and told me no like she was doing me a favor. She said oh they replaced the tots so whats your problem? I explained yet again about how messed up my hour long order was. Then she tells me to hold on with an attitude and slings the door open with an attitude. I ended up just getting my receipt back and Im calling corporate. The customer service alone is ridiculous!

I have been waiting on my food for 20 minutes!!!! Seriously!!!! Well, we finally got our order... but we had to push the button and ask where it was!!! Then "Caden" asked us where we went. We never left we told him, so he said that he would have to go and remake our order..... 10 minutes later, he brought us our order, and we paid the kid and went home.... our food was never remade, it was microwaved!! Our tots were hard as concrete, and on our burgers, all the tomatoes and lettuce was wilted and hot!!! I was very disappointed and went to bed hungry!!! I will not me going back to walker sonic!!!

Terrible! They got our order wrong..which happens I understand they get busy. The guy who was bringing our sonic blast out simply said hes correct it and he would be right out. 40 minutes later we never got anything. We tried calling over the intercom and calling the restaurant. No answer and we already paid the guy. Spoke to a manager after we left and they never offered to give us our money back she wanted us to drive back and get the ice cream after wed already been home. Yes it was only $4.00 but that is not how you run a business!!!!! Skip this place!!

Worst experience in a long time. It took 18 minutes to get someone to answer the button to place our order. Then order arrived 34 minutes later. We watched 7-9 cars go through the drive through while we waited. After driving 30 minutes to get home we found out a $7.00 sandwich was missing. Tried calling the store but their phone is only a fax apparently. Called the national number and was told someone from the store would get back to me. That was 72 hours ago. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! !!.I will get my money back somehow! !

This sonic gets our orders wrong 80% of the time. Today we waited about 35 minutes to get our food. They gave me a medium shake instead of a small and charged me for a medium. We didnt want to wait another 30 minutes so we didnt ask them to correct it. My husbands double bacon cheese burger only had 1 small piece of bacon on it along with the other condiments. The large onion ring is always only about half way full. This sonic is a hit and miss with good fast service. Its mostly really slow with their food being okay.

Josh, at store #3131 in Walker, LA, who on 9-14-2017, was working the drive thru window about 6:30-7pm, is an excellent example of the kind of employee we all wish we could get at every restaurant we visit. Way to go, Josh! I was just kidding when after buying only a bag of ice, I asked where my mint was. You didnt even miss a beat. You marched in and filled a cup for me. I hope I see you again! You deserve a raise! I will be sure to have tip money on me next time!!!

Second time in two days Ive driven off from this Sonic for lack of service. First time I placed my order and never heard back from anyone for thirty minutes. Fortunately I hadnt paid for the food I never got. This time went through the drive-thru and after waiting at the speaker for two minutes finally just said "Hello," only to be told to wait a minute. Id have been more inclined to do so if my presence had been acknowledged previously.

Horrible !!! Waitied forever for them to take our order . then the woman taking order cuty husband off before he finished ordering . he re pushed button they said your food will be out shortly and hung up . then when we got our food after about 25 minutes he explained that our order 1 wasnt complete and what we got was wrong . the girl said sorry you ordered it you have to pay . needless to say . ill be driving to ONeal from now on

Worst Sonic Drive-in ever! Super slow! No customer service what so ever. If your ice cream machine is acting, its best to let the customers know before they are sitting 30 mins waiting for their order. Also you left our chili cheese dogs sit under the heat lamp ( I worked at a sonic so I can tell when a dog has been sitting under the lamp for way too long) will not be back!

I dont understand what is so difficult about taking a cup and putting slush Ice into it and then taking that same cup and filling it with sweet tea. Can someone explain this to me?? Its actually really simple!! Having worked in the food industry for 20ish years This is absolutely ridiculous. Making sure that customers are happy should be a priority but apparently its not.

There where about 5 people here at the time I was. I ordered 2 vanilla cones, a lil chicken melt with NO buffalo sauce, and a small order or wings. It took over 25 mins to receive my order.....my sandwich had an excessive amount of Buffalo sauce, and my wings were dry and COLD. The only good thing I can say about this place was that the car hop was very polite!

I have been to many sonics, but this one is a wreck. Time after time I go there and they get my order wrong and everytime I have to send it back. Most of the time the person taking the order is not familiar with the food that is being asked for and becomes rude once you tell them they rang it up wrong. I will no longer be going to this sonic location.
