As my brother stated (whom I went there with) "Beyond disappointed; this is the last straw this establishment is a joke! I have given this place chance after chance but the food is absolutely horrendous! I just left 15 minutes ago and order several burgers and fries as well as a blizzard, I SPECIFICALLY said the last 3-4 times I ordered the fries have been stale and the burgers have been dry and buns stale; I waited 10 minutes for them to bring me absolute trash. Its like they packed my food and waited 10 minutes to give it to me! I am beyond fed up with this location. I live in maplewood so this is the closet dq but will drive to Hampton from now on just because of the food quality. My blizzard wasnt even made correct, used chocolate syrup in vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate icecream! Corporate you NEED to investigate this location asap! Will be posting this on all social media/search sites as possible!" Along with that when I went up there about ten minutes ago to get a refund for the messed up blizzard and food I sat in the drive through as the workers were standing around in a circle talking bad about me and disrespecting me! They did not realize that as I was sitting there I could hear every single word they were saying and not a single one of those words were pretty along with the dirty looks I was given. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to avoid this location at all costs unless you want terrible food, horrible service and to have the workers make you feel worthless. DQ you lost some great customers tonight.

There is a guy who always smiles who works here and I look forward to seeing him most every time I go in. Odd,i know. Ive been coming here for about two years and the front desk guy is part of the great service that keeps me coming back. The food is good and the prices are low. What more can you ask for?

Ice cream is always good but havent had a decent sandwich there yet. Today the bottom of my cheeseburger bun was so hard I initially thought they put a coaster in the bottom of the bag. Id recommend just ice cream for this place.

The employees at this Dairy Queen are always so nice! I dont know if its their training, or just that they hire good kids, but we have never had anything but a pleasant experience at this location. Keep up the good work!

I like Dairy Queen. Decent burgers for a fast food spot. This location is clean, and the employees are nice. Blizzards are always good. Would also recommend the Mushroom & Swiss Burger and the onion rings here.
