Drive Thru was extremely slow (nearly 10 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches). There was only 1 car in front of me and they had a small order. Still sat for 4 minutes at the window once that car left. Ordered 2 teas and ice was nearly all melted by the time they were handed to me. No apology or even acknowlement of the long wait. Top it all off they got one of the sandwiches wrong. It was supposed to be bacon but received sausage. Hash browns were decent but that was about it. If your looking for a quick breakfast, look elsewhere.

Two Saturdays in a row they have disappointed me. Last Saturday I ordered a crave case to be ready later in the day, when I arrived we had to wait a long time to get it. They were unapologetic, asked me to pull forward. I refused. Today, our order in the drive through was missing food that was ordered. I normally like White Cadtles, but there are a lot of other options nearby that I will support in the future. I tried calling the store instead of this route, but it was a recording. I advise spending your money elsewhere.

Ill have to agree with lunchbox13. This Richardson Road location is staffed by teenagers who dont care to be there and will have phones open texting when not busy. Other than that, the food is alright, not the best. White Castle as a whole was always the place to go because it was cheap but now that is no longer the case. You are looking to spend about $6.00 for 4 sliders a fry and a small soda.

Dining room was a mess, soda machine was sticky and out of coke and Dr.pepper. Poor attitude from crew members. Fries were the furthest thing from fresh. Cheese sticks were solid in the middle like they were barely dunked in the frier. Will never come back. Especially for how pricey White Castles has become.

Worse service ever the manager is a horrible example of leadership. Its name is Brittany after hesitantly replacing my order after it was clearly screwed up she makes a ridiculous face at me as I drove off Ill be sure to call corporate in the am and let them know about the management of that store

Terrible service, hateful management! Three strikes your out! Dried up burgers, missing fries. Worst White Castle I have ever been to. One time getting bad service I can overlook but every time is ridiculous. The bathroom was filthy as well. Wont be sitting foot in this store ever again.

Horrible food, horrible staff. Food order was made wrong, and only took one bit out of the burger. The girls behind the counter were the rudest fast food employees ever. And thats saying a lot.

Nothing like 7:am Sliders right? The smallest WC Ive ever been in, but it was clean, well staffed and they were polite. The food was fresh and hot. Worth the stop.
