Terrible experience at this place. All I wanted was a cake for my boyfriends birthday and I stood outside in the cold for about 20 minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge me. I finally got tired of waiting and got in my car and went to the drive-thru when I realized theres only one person working the whole place . There was only one poor girl working there, how is 1 Girl supposed to run drive thru and service the people at the window. I also called about 4 times and the phone just rang and rang even though it says on their building if you need a cake call this number... seems like false advertising to me

The girls working there turn the outside lights off long before they close to discourage customers. Thus last time the lights were off before 930P on a Friday night and they close at 1000P. When I questioned the girl at the window about it, she played dumbe and said "oh, sometimes the lights do that". What she doesnt realize is that this has occurred multiple times at this location. I wonder if the franchise owner knows this is happening and theyre losing business?

reading some of these reviews are shocking. i think some people are just plain mean. ive eaten here and worked here in the past and i love it!!! all the girls and guys that work there do as much as they can to please every single customer. you may think working in a small ice cream store is easy but i promise you it is not. i think this location is the best dairy queen around st louis!!!!!!!!!! good ice cream and even better employees

I would recommend this because we always have a friendly and welcoming environment. We care about our customers more than anything, so come give us a try. Unfortunately, we are not a full menu dq, were a treat center but we do have new Oven Baked Sandwiches, chili dogs, and chicken snack melts. I recommend the new Blizzard of the Month!(:

I think there is only ever two people working and they work pretty quickly! I never get anything other than a cone or a Blizzard but its always been good. I wish the location was a little better because depending on how busy Aldi is there wont be a lot of room for the drive through.

Never ever ever flip my blizzard. Times ive said something the girls always make up an excuse why they didnt. Multiple times they have closed 30 min early. The little girls that work there are so freakin rude i wish i could tell them that theyre little rotten brats.

Worst blizzard I have ever had in my life and the service was awful too!! Will never go back. Just awful. We thru them out. And they were only half filled!! JUNK
