Me and my girlfriend were traveling to St. Louis from an area in Arkansas that doesnt have one of these around. First experience at this restaurant and we both LOVED it. The food options are very similar to Coltons steak houses, however the quality (based on my experience) of the food is astonishingly better. I ate ribs and shrimp one night, a colossal burger the next, and tonight I tried steak and lobster. All of the food was amazing: the steak was cooked to perfection, the fries werent too salty, and the ribs were very tender. All of that was JUST the food quality. The service is absolutely amazing here as well. everyone who served us each night made us feel very comfortable, being energetic and very friendly. I believe that our waiter we had tonight was new, however thats not a bad thing: he didnt know the answers to some of the questions I asked immediately, but he gave me answers swiftly and politely. The atmosphere was amazing and the music was great. I wish I had this place in my town.

I walked over from the Drury Hotel. Putting it polietly, the baked potato was anything but fresh [in fact terrible] and the Rib-eye was just way too fatty. It just wasnt that great of an experience. Respectfully, I voiced my dissatisfaction to the waiter. Im sure it was clear to him from what was left on the plate. The manager wrote down the bill without asking. For that I gave them an extra star. In turn I left an appropriate tip for the waiter. Are you staying at the Drury Hotel? For whatever the reason(s), the menu pricing is higher than what I found in my room. Regardless, it was still helpful to have one there anyway.

I have been to Ruby Tuesday a couple of times now, after church on Sunday. We have not had to wait long for a table and the food is always good. I absolutely the Garden Bar, I usually sub it for my fries when I an getting a burger. I like that the food is always fresh and taste delicious. I also love the seating. The chairs are very comfortable, which may seem odd to say but I have noticed that a few place I have visited seem to have chosen design over function. Fortunately for us Ruby Tuesday didnt have to choose they have both design and function.

Holy Deliciousness. This was by far the best meal Ive ever had at one of these restaurants and one of the best in my lifetime. Absolutely amazing. I got the coastal trio and my husband got the ribs n chicken. The meat just fell off the bones. Everything we got was just so juicy and delicious. The biscuits, the grilled zucchini, the baked mac n cheese, parmasean crusted tilapia, all of it was just perfect. Our server was also great and honestly, really made us call this restaurant our new fave. Highly recommend.

Down hill over the last year. The Asiago steak was impossible to cut, so much gristle it hurt my hands trying to rip this apart. Apparently the salad bar is no longer a substitute side and they did not tell us. After that extra fee and even using a coupon, our subpar dinner was $38. The waitress didnt stop by once for refills after she saw me struggling to cut the steak. This place used to be amazing. Now they are cutting corners and over charging. Not going back.

Food was good, server seemed slow and confused. My boyfriend handed her his card to pay and she returned saying she did not have the card. She had lost it obviously, requiring him to provide another card. We got a call later saying they had found the first card. So another trip back to the place to get it. We felt the meal should have been free due to the mistake on thier part. Nope. Just an apology was all. Poor management at best. Will not be returning.

Called down from the drury inn hotel ordered 2 cheese burgers to go menu in hotel from ruby tuesday price was 7.99 for the cheese burger with fry s got there to pick up and the waiter said bill was $ 25.00 for the 2 burgers we ordered what a rip off. I asked the waiter the price is wrong he said here is th amount you owe take it or leave.. they are a joke. !!!!!!!

Yes, its just a chain. But I am happy with their salad bar. Every single time. Items are rotated frequently. Items are high quality. Choices are beyond typical salad fare. Dressings taste homemade, I hope they are! The pumpernickel croutons are to die for. Yes, this isnt fine dining but I am faithful to the salad bar option, with no waiting to boot.

Good was decent, maybe wouldve been better if it wasnt for the fact that we found a hair in one of our drinks and a pasta at the salad bar! And when we told our waiter that the drink had a hair, she didnt even apologize and just said sure, like if it had happened before! Oh, and they only have kids cups... Wonderful

The food was good I wasnt crazy about the salad bar didnt have a dressing that I liked it was hard to get there because the directions that Google gave me put me on the other side of 141 the service wasnt great she had very few people in there and couldnt even keep my water glass full but it was good enough

Everything had a sweet taste to it, which was odd. Also, the food was pretty pricy for what you received, especially when you receive watered down ranch dressing and shrimp from a bag. As a heads up, if you are gluten and dairy intolerant there are no options availavle eithier!

Disappointing food. Salad bare was good except the salads. (Macaroni etc.) Had meat and my daughter is vegetarian. The steamed broccoli was not edible, they put a salt water bath over it and the waitress messed up our order. None of the food looked remotely like the pictures.

If youre using Google maps on your android phone, the navigation will take you to the wrong location. The location is on the southwest corner of I-44 and Hwy 141. The marker on the map and the address information is correct, the navigation is wrong.

Excellent service! Starla was great from start to finish, especially keeping my 2year old nephew happy(no easy task!) Food was above average, and salad bar offered a nice selection and was well maintained.

Had an issue with my Talapia and the waitress and manager took it off my bill and didnt charge me for my salad bar and apologized several times. Things happen, but this was handled very proffesionally

Really great service today. Updated salad bar is good. Food is consistent across chain locations. Our locals closed, so we hit them on occasion while traveling. Avacado turkey burger is my stale.

Ruby Tuesday made a smart move with their salad bar. Other restaurants of their kind dont do it. They do a commendable job of keeping it stocked and fresh. Good option for lunch.
