Worst service ever at a Hot Shots location. We went this last Friday at 8:30 for a friends going away party. It took 10 minutes for our table to be greeted. Our servers name was Raven. When we were finally greeted, we werent even offered a drink. We told her we would like menus and a drink and before we could even order drinks, she walked away and returned 5 minutes later with menus. She put the menus down and immediately walked away, again, leaving us without drinks. She returned 5 minutes later and asked, "Are you ready to order?" We put in drink and food orders. About 5 minutes into waiting for our drinks, we decided we would like shots. We waved Raven down and she looked at us and walked away. She did not even acknowledge that she saw us and would be right over. She returned and we said we were wanting to get shots. She said should would go get our drinks first and walked away. She returned with our drinks and the food right behind it. (Food was delicious as always). Throughout the night, Raven would only come over to cleans plates and drinks. I remember only twice her asking if we were ok or needed anything. Any other time, we had to wave her down. At one point, we were out of drinks and we look for her and she is sitting at a table on her phone. She comes over and we ask what time they close and she tells us in an hour, which would be 1AM. We order more drinks and as were waiting, the bouncer begins putting up chairs around the bar/restaurant. This is an hour before closing time! I feel like it was very rude and inconsiderate to the customers and makes them feel like they need to leave. We all understand the employees would like to leave when on time but as a previous waitress in the food industry, we were trained to never put up chairs/vacuum/or do "closing" duties around customers. There were very few people in the bar that evening due to the weather conditions. You would think you would give this group of people excellent attention since the tips will probably we scarce. This was not the case with Raven. She had asked us 2-3 times if we were ready for our check before last call had even been called. She did not seem to care about her customers or her job. If they wanted to close up early, we wouldve been completely ok with that. But they needed to tell us this. Every time I go to a Hot Shots, I have always received great service with no issues. This was the first time I have ever been dissatisfied at Hot Shots.

My husband and I went there for dinner today. After about 7 minutes the waitress Lorene, who had to take time from texting finally came and took the drink order. She came back a while later and took the food order but did not write anything down. When the food came, the extras I had ordered were not there so she had to go back and get them. Then later I ordered another drink. Time passed and still did not have my drink. In the mean time, I saw Lorene go outside, with her phone of course, and was gone several minutes. Finally, 10 minutes after I ordered my drink she brought it to me. By that time I was ready to leave but I drank it anyway. The food was really good and the drinks not so bad either. I will go back but be more choosy about whos section I sit in. I will not sit in Lorenes section again as she is NOT a good waitress. Besides that, it was toga night and all the other girls wore undergarments that match the toga. But not Lorene, she had a white toga with a black bra hanging out. Not too sexy Lorene........

Just moved to arnold from out of state looking for a bar to play darts and have a few cocktails every once in a while. The bartenders were clearly serving their friends over and over before anyone else so it took a ridiculous amount of time to get a drink. I too am a bartender and realize the time management it takes, but these girls had no excuse. It wasnt busy they were just messing around with their friends and not caring about other paying customers.

This isnt a "foodie" place, though they do have some very interesting menu options. The servers are one of the draws and the service is usually pretty to very good. Not a family place, for sure. Music plays non-stop every time (even during the "children are okay" hours) and its not filtered or anything. Think "earmuffs" for youngsters. Anyway, Ill probably go back for the food and the eye candy, but not super often. :)

I absolutely love it here. I come every week with my group of friends & always make sure to get the same server. Elisha is seriously an amazing waitress. So friendly & caring she makes sure we always have our drinks filled & always holds a convo instead of being in a rush which is really nice.

Dont expect fast service or exceptional food. If you want a beer and some bar food this is the place. Not a family place from my recommendation. Beers menu is good sized and has variety for most to find something they prefer.

Have been sitting outside for an hour....had to ask twice for our bucket we ordered and the waitress has yet to come back to take our food order. Youre better off going across the street to Sybergs.

I cant tell you how the food is considering we stayed for 20 minutes and did not even recieve a "well be right with you" after the first waitress we talked to acted as if we were an inconvienence.

My boyfriend and I go here all the time. Its our favorite Hotshots! Even though theres one closer to our apartment, we still go here. Service is always great, food is great, and its kept clean.

Great hangout spot for Every bar lover! Decent selection of beers, good cocktails, area inside for smokers and decent bar food! Definitely not 5 stars but its great for what it is!!

Great place to chill, shoot pool, throw darts and the food is great for bar food! They have a separate smoking area (enclosed) at the Arnold location which I consider a big plus+++!

One of the best 5 and under pool tournaments around on Sundays... Actually I think its the only Sunday afternoon tournament in town... The bartenders are kinda cute too....

I like this hot shots. They have friendly employees, pool tables and a smoking room, so you dont have to go outside. They also have a nice patio.

Great food, the music is a lot lower than it used to be ,which is a great thing. Chicken quesadia is awsome.
