Absolutely fantastic Indian cuisine. Great menu with lots of options and choices. Clay oven gives the authentic Indian food flavor. Dal soup is some of the best Ive ever had. Korma is by far the best in town. The kashmiri naan (with raisings, nuts) is simply other-worldly! Great choices for vegetarians and carnivores... Ive eaten here on many occasions and the service is grade A. The restaurant itself is extremely clean with a nice modern decor. The Copper Chimney has become one of our favorite restaurants in town and were very thankful to have it out here in St. Charles. PS Try the homemade pistachio ice cream!! Woot!!

New favorite place in the area!! We found Copper Chimney through Living Social and have been loyal customers since. Best Indian food in town and service is always superb. I used to have to drag my husband to eat Indian food and this place has become one of our favorites for both of us and kids too! So glad to see Indian food in the area and ecstatic that it is so good. We are a family of four and so far we have not found anything on the menu that we have not loved. I have sent family and friends and so far everyone has loved it. Highly recommend it!

If you want authentic Indian cuisine with a quiet, friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go. My family and I frequently eat here for lunch when they have the buffet. They usually have the same items, but they switch it up at times, serving goat curry or lamb dal instead of the traditional chicken curry. The staff are nice, always making sure to clear plates away and keep your glass filled. It is also a good place to take children. I definitely recommend Copper Chimney whether you are wanting to try something new or already enjoy Indian food!

The companion and I are regular visitors, every few months as there are so many delish Indian Restaurants. Though busier than usual, we still leisurely strolled the buffet. Sampling almost every vegetarian dish, each was delicious in its own right and I had no room for seconds! Another fun addition to Copper Chimney is their Mango Lasse dispenser. Typically Lasse would be an additional cost but is included in the buffet here. Highly recommend leaving the mall, heading across the street in the far corner of the strip mall work Barnes and Noble.

We decided to go here because the ratings were so high and we love Indian food. But the food was bland (and I didnt ask them to tone down the spicy). The problem is, St Charles doesnt offer much in the way of Indian cuisine. Youd be better off driving to Creve Ceour and having Haveli or going to India Palace by the airport. Ofallon even has a few that are better than this. Was a disappointment. I dont recall how the service was, but I dont plan to go back to find out.

Went in with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon for the lunch buffet. I ate vegetarian. Rachel had chicken and lamb, the latter of which she said was just ok. I have eaten in dozens of Indian restaurants, often confining myself to the buffet. This was just unusually good. Very well seasoned, not too salty, not to saucy. Comfortable, clean, friendly in a quiet way. A basket of extremely well-prepared bread is brought immediately to the table.

I love Indian cuisine. I look for an Indian restaurant/buffet in every town I visit. The Copper Chimney is close enough to the mall so that its accessable, but far enough away that the prices are reasonable. As a buffet you can sample everything and not get full, then go back and load up on the stuff you like. Want something of the menu instead? They can make it as mild or hot as you desire. As a family of 4 we ate for under $50. 5 stars.

Ive been trying out many Indian Restaurants and this is by far my favorite. I tried their lunch buffet and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this place for its value, fine decor, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately I dont live near by, But I will definitely make effort to come back. Best tasting Naan bread also.

One of the worst Indian restaurants. They dont use Indian spice I think, because their curries were like chickens and potatoes in red sauce. Expensive restaurant, but not worth it for money you pay. Do not go there! I have been to all Indian restaurants in Saint Louis, but this one is worst of all.

Looked on Yelp for a nearby place to satisfy an early dinner hunger and glad I found this. The Lamb Curry was very good albeit the lamb wasnt as tender as I was hoping but certainly not tough. Somewhat dark atmosphere, big picture windows, water needs to be filtered, sweet young server. All good.

Ive been all over the country and have eaten at many Indian restaurants from 1 stars to 5 stars. This place is very good. I really enjoy their lamb dishes and paneer dishes. Great flavor, good service, not a great view...but who cares when the food is good? 4 stars

After coming here for a solid year, I am still impressed. Staff is always genuinely friendly, and food is consistent and tasty. Front of the house is very clean. Buffet is small, but ALWAYS good. Fantastic bang for the buck!

Havent tried the buffet yet, but my family loves the food here especially the Chicken Tikka Masalla. Dishes are served in silver bowls with rice on the side similar to family style great for sharing!

Wish there was a chance for 4 and a half stars. The buffet could have been hotter, but the food was all good. The lentils were a pleasant surprise, nice and spicy. Spinach panzer is my favorite.
