I am a frequent visitor and never been disappointed except my last visit on 4/19 ... the waitress who was serving us had real BAD ATTITUDE!!! We come here to have our official get together ...and this time most of us were disappointed because of the waitress ... She took more than 30 minutes to serve me a bottle of Budwiser...and that too after 2 reminders ... icing on the cake was ....she came with a 25 OZ Glass instead of the Bottle ...and when I told her that I ordered bottle she told me "I cant understand what you say"...of course I was not happy ...and then she told me that If you want I can have someone else serve you.... Just one question to the owner - if she was having problems in understanding then why didnt she asked me the first time? why did she told me only after brining a glass instead of bottle.. She seemed to have literally no sense of respect for the customers ...If you dont believe me then I can have my friends tell you the same story ...some of them had to go to the Counter themselves to get their drinks....because they were not being served in time .... she was very disrespectful to customers...

We ve been going to this Hotshots for more than 15 years. Its our local Green Bay Packer club. Jason, mgr, is a great guy, always available to answer questions., This season we have Shelby as our waitress. We like the same girls each week. Love the new remodeled ladies room and hot water to wash hands. From what I hear, theres a urinal cake with Kronkes face on it in the mens room. Salads are good size and the burgers are bigger than the bun and skinny like Steak n Shake. We appreciate the fact that they allow us in when the doors open. We look forward to our sundays there and enjoying the game with our friends in our section. 40 and the rail

So the service was fair, but since I am not from St.Louis. I was treated disrespectful by the manager and his ass. Manager. One even slapped me on the back as we were getting up to leave. I have a herniated disk in my neck and it was getting better before being hit, it hurts a lot again.Dark, smoking from the ashtray that is the front door, will not make the mistake of going here again.

Trashy place. Left a poor taste in my mouth. The waitress is made to wear an outfit that reveals half of her butt. Scruffy old men sit around leering at slovenly women. The food is greasy and the menu unappetizing. They charged USD 3.50 for a small Heineken. They didnt provide a receipt and I didnt hang around to ask for one. I am not repeating this mistake.

I liked this bar. Tons to do if youre the type that likes an activities while youre having a beer. Steel-tipped darts were a lot of fun. Sunday evening are a bit slow though wasnt pleased to see cops trolling outside of the bar waiting to pick up the local drunk. Waitress and bartender staff stays on top of your drink orders, I would definitely return here.

Went here for the 1st time and it was for a fundraiser for a friend. Had a great turn out. The chicken hot wings were really good and so was the drinks. The place was extra busy due to the game and the fundraiser both going on but the staff kept up well. The place was much bigger than I expected it to be.

I recently became a loyal customer due to there management staff and employee staff. I tried the food today for the first time and it was excellent and for the price you honestly cannot get any better. Just so everyone is aware DAN is the beat bar manager that has ever existed he is awesome

This hot shots was never as nice as the other ones, and it seems they have lost alot of their good servers. That coupled with the ignorant drunks trying to start fights I seem to run into every time Im there, make me not like this place very much and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Pretty standard hot shots location. Mixed drinks are just ok. Beer and food specials are the real reason to come here along with the pool tables. Good amount of TVs with all current sporting events playing. Service is generally decent enough without being terrible or outstanding.

One of the trashiest establishments I have ever been to. The food represented the environment, the wings I ordered were drier than the Mojave. I regret spending the money I did, reminded me of an establishment you might see on bar rescue.
