In all fairness - if Google would let me do half-stars, I would rate the Sullivan, Mo Kentucky Fried Chicken as high as 3 1/2 stars, but really not much more. Weve eaten there three or four times over the last six weeks or so and the food was always hot and fresh. During one visit the employee asked if we would mind waiting a few minutes until the chicken was out of the fryer, because the chicken they had out now was about an hour old. Nice job for that one. On the other hand the employee today forgot our Cole Slaw and the Potato Wedges and I had to go back to the counter for honey spread and those little hand wipes that should be available on the counter. During any of our visits the containers that should hold Condiments have always been empty or almost empty. The containers are tiny, so it is hard for employees to keep them filled. And the containers for Salt, pepper and Sugar are next to the Soda machine, but the containers for Ketchup, honey spread and Forks are ten steps away on a counter that does not seem to serve any kind of purpose. Overall none of our Visits could be rated outstanding, but none of them were terrible either. I will have to take a star away for cleanliness. The (ladies) bathrooms are very clean, but the counters, tables and floors in the restaurant part could use a could wiping/ mopping.

Worst KFC I have ever been in! Took literally 20 min to ha e our order TAKEN, to be fair the 2 orders in fount of is had no clue what they wanted, but NOONE offered to help the counter person take orders to movr the process along. Then the crispy chicken tasted of old grease, the biscuits were deformed and tasted over worked. (Until last night I had NEVER had a bad biscuit at KFC) and they were out of cookies! They did not tell us when we ordered, when we ask for the after choking down our food we were offered more biscuits! Really!

6pm, store basically empty. We ordered 3 different meals from the $5 fillup. All 3 tasted of old dried out chicken. Fries were limp and soggy. Mashed potatoes have no seasoning at all. Dining room filthy, had to wipe off our own table with napkins. Pretty sad overall.

When they actually have the items on their menu in stock or are willing to make whats on the menu its decent. However most of the time they dont have any wings at all. Other times the chicken tastes like it has sat out all day.

KMOV in St. Louis is stating that an employee was overheard to say he was going to spit all over a police officers food. And, the manager did nothing about it. I dont eat at restaurants where food safety is not taken seriously.

Horrible. Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited 22 minutes for food and they still got the order wrong. No apology or anything. It would have been faster to raise and chicken and fry it myself.
