My experience was pretty poor, the workers were nice, its that my food and environment wasnt the best. They served the food on styrofoam plates which can was pretty weird for a restaurant. There were flys flying around In the lobby which was very uncomfortable seeing that we had our food out and they were preparing food in the back. The potato wedges were overcooked and warm, it seemed as if they were old. My food was ready In about 1 minute which wasnt good to me. Whered you grab everything from?! I just wasnt very pleased with the experience. Im not returning.

Lousy service, dirty, unorganized, always have to wait longer than necessary for food. A general manager who does not care and enjoys being rude to both customers and staff. This KFC should be avoided. Worth the drive to KFC in Arnold for excellent service, fast order fulfillment and great people behind the counter.

The food and employees are very good how ever your district manager needs an attitude adjustment. Yelling at employees while customers are trying to eat is not an enjoyable experience. Will not be dining in any longer.

Updated decor & friendly service. Purchased a "big box meal" and feel like I got f****d. The chicken was anorexic but tasted good. The chocolate chip cookie was hot out of the oven so thats why the got 3 out of 5 stars.
