This sonic is not even worth a star rating! The service is absolutely terrible. Every single time I have been there in the last year they have gotten my order wrong! I went a few weeks ago to get breakfast and a bag of ice and they didnt have bags for Ice so their offer was 8 route 44 cups full!!! Where was I going to put these 8 cups of ice so I said just forget it. I went last Saturday to get breakfast and I saw a lady outside and asked what time they opened which she responded 7, I told her ok I have time to wait until 7... so 7:15 rolls around and they are not open and still trying to figure out how to turn the alarm off so I left. Today I went to get a diet cherry limeade for my husband, yes they were busy so I didnt mind waiting 10 mins or so but 18 mins later still no drink!! They are the slowest and worst staffed fast food restaurant Ive ever experienced! I have worked in food and beverage for 8 years and was an assistant manager of a restaurant so I understand the ins and outs and being in the weeds but every single time which about 10 in a year I have not been satisfied! I will not be back. I will drive the 10 minutes OUT OF MY WAY to the other sonic in town!!

The person that took my order got it wrong and did not add all of my food to the order. So, I pressed the call button again to check my order and this time it was a a different person to answer. I told her I did not think my order was right. She then repeated what I had ordered, and she said a jr. Cheeseburger. I told her no it should be a jr. breakfast burrito. She then said "thats what I said" very rudely. Once the car hop brought the food the ticket said jr. cheeseburger. The car hop was very nice and apologized. But the first to people were awful. Not going back

place all the time. Not anymore!!!! My order was always wrong and the service was always horrible. What time does this place open anyway? I stopped by one morning after 7:00 and I was told rudely that they were not open yet after I sat there and waited a while before anyone spoke to me. No apology or anything and it had happened twice. I had other people tell me the same thing. I do not recommend this place at all.

We were on the road and stopped here because we could eat outdoors with our dogs and the customer service was horrible, we couldnt hear on the speaker, our order was wrong and while sitting there we lost count of how many peoples orders were wrong. And someone was smoking pot really close by, it stunk really bad!

Rude car-hop. The cashier made an error by charging me for the wrong shake. After I brought it to the car hops attention, she got indignant and ask me if I wanted it (as to say here is the price, do you want it). After I made her correct their error, she didnt apologize nor thank me for my purchase.

Dont come here. I got my food and after they never returned my change. This happened plenty of times. Then This time they forgot my fries on my order and I pushed the button waited 15 minutes and they never came to the machine. Dont waste your time.

I went at lunchtime and the service and the wait was horrible. My sandwich was thrown together. the drive thru window was fifthly and the staff was all sitting around laughing and joking...close this one down...horrible...
