Wow! Not in a good way WOW! This is WOW this place should be bull dozed down so no one else can ever be subjected to the worst service and food ever again! Turn it into a liquor store! Got a tenders box anyway that wasnt chicken it was leather and small my good you charged premium price and I got prisoner quality! Whoever the girl at the window WOW Honey find a new career field drive through window at KFC is not your calling! Ended up throwing 2 tenders sorry 2 shoe leather tongues away Biscuits! Hockey Pucks! They spent a load of cash on the building but forgot 1 important thing! TRAINING WOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER INVESTMENT! MY ADVICE GO TO CHURCHES CHICKEN! This place sucks! Save your money buy a hungry man chickens TV dinner guarantee it will be Better if the Col was still alive and ate there the only chicken they would handling would be chopping heads off and plucking them for someone that could cook and give better service! So if you got money to throw away drive down the road and throw it out the window! At least you wont be wasting it at this KFC! WHICH IS SHORT FOR KANT FRY CHICKEN!

Idk whats wrong with the people here but no one seems to be that interested in customer service nor the customers satisfaction. Im guessing that anytime after 6 or 7pm, making and selling chicken is not a priority. Just about everytime I come here for dinner (maybe once a month)( usually a 50 dollar bill)they have all the sides premade and theyve been sitting for who knows how long. Then they usually only have a limited number of crispy peices. Seems like they try to deter me from ordering what I prefer by telling me that its gonna be some ridiculous wait for crispy or hot wings and usually attempt to offer me some other style of chicken thats been sitting there for however long. I just dont get it. If it wasnt for my kids being in love with the stuff or my love for certain items I wouldnt come here. Maybe I just need to find the next closest KFC. Sheesh!

This was a terrible experience for us. We went in for lunch on a Sunday. We got our two kids out of the car in the rain, walked in and NOONE acknowledged us for 5 plus minutes. There were two workers in there, one drive thru guy and a lady refilling the chicken in the trays and cooking. There were two other families behind us so the lobby was filling. I gave the guy in the drive thru an "excuse me sir" and was ignored. We walked out, in the rain and with the kids. Wont go back here again. There are plenty of other places to go for lunch!!!

Chicken was cooked too long and way too greasy. I accidentally touched my face with my greasy fingers, and even though I washed my face afterwards I still broke out terribly. Nothing would rid of the zit clusters that had formed on my nose. I finally found something that worked, Melagel by Melaluca. I took a week to get to the point where it didnt hurt and puss. Then a few days after that it was all clear.

First I went to the restroom NO TOILETPAPER! So, I tell the person at the register and she acted like it wasnt that big a deal. Then I ordered the $5 buck meals. Didnt get everything that was supposed to be included, I asked for a grilled chicken breast, even paid extra... nope. I ordered a Cole slaw and didnt get that either. All I can say is Never again.

Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Always good quality fresh food. And if you need catering for an event they have menues and prices for 20 people or more. Call ins are always welcome, and encouraged for more than 20 pieces of any one flavor at a time. There oven grilled chicken is lower fat and tastes great!

Always pleasant experience. A rather small and very clean interior, but most KFC orders are going to be to go anyway. Really nice people work there too. All my orders have always been filled quickly. I go there about once or twice a month and have been for a few years. If youre a KFC fan this is a good place.

It is my experience that this is the best KFC in St Louis County. The staff is so professional and friendly. They are fast and the food is fresh and tastes great. The building is beautifully maintained and the parking lot is free of debris. I always look forward to the times I am in this park of the county.

They are so nice there. My family and I go there at least once a week. We have only had a couple times when they were really busy that we had to wait on food.. 99.9% of the time they are wonderful. ... the workers at front counter were helpful with the menu items including all of the specials.

Went in about 10:50 am today. Waited for the occupant of the bathroom to come out. When they did it was a KFC employee on duty. I used the facility and went to wash my hands and the sink was completely dry. Came out and looked for him and found him in the back cooking. Bye

Running a special - $ 20.00 Fill Up and it wasnt extra crispy and got two things of cole slaw instead of two potatoes. REGULAR chicken was greasy and falling apart. Too far to drive back but if you run a special, you should be able to get it right!

Last KFC we use to go. The cashier also filled the orders making it slow to get your order. This KFC has a cashier that just takes orders. Others fill the orders. Much faster and more appreciated
