Went thru & ordered KFC with my boyfriend &our 2 children. it was lunch rush so I understand why we waited for awhile but what I didnt understand was why our chicken was so hard. the chicken strips we ordered were super tough, too tough for our kids (the main reason we went) &the cookies that came with the meal were hard too. youd think they would have fresh food not only for a lunch rush but all the time. this is a sad KFC location. I feel sorry for the other customers who order from them.

This is a KFC/Taco bell. It took them 28 minutes from time of ordering to get me 12 tacos and a $5 box. We didnt order hot wings b/c the lady said Itd be 10 minutes, then it took half an hour for tacos.They were not busy at the time. I will not be going back. We couldve eaten at a sit down restaurant in that amount of time. If you go here, plan on making a day of it!

Ordered our food at 7:06 thru drive thru was told to pull over. Sat in parking lot till 7:30 went inside was told our food was given to someone else. Drove home and all of our food wasnt even in the bags. Called corporate and was told we can mail you a 10.00 coupon on a 43.00 order I said No have the manager call me.

Took a long time for the food, the staff was rude, the place wasnt very clean, and customers were just grabbing at food to look in bags and see if it was there stuff since the customers didnt call out names or numbers. Im avoiding this place if I can.

You need to ask if you want jelly or butter or anything with your biscuits, they didnt give us anything. We had a clueless girl take our order. Employees should be trained before being in charge of the register alone. Please, train your employees.

3 weeks in a row..Couldnt get our order right!! Asked for the New $20 fill up extra crispy...Missing a side,Gave us original..Do not like!..And all dark meat..We are gonna find another place..The new girl they have working ..Is clueless!

This is possibly the worst fast food place ever, KFC part is never right, food is old and crusty. The staff is mostly very rude, and could care less about your concerns. Col. Sanders would be rolling over in his grave if he of this.

I asked for a sauce on my chicken that was not tossed in it when I checked. However, when I called to let them know the manager fixed my order with receipt provided. The fix was perfect and delicious. Thank you!
