Where do they find their employees? I have lived in Wentzville for years and have gone to this location many times. Not once have I had a good experience. I should have given up all hope already, but sometimes it sounds good. The employees are by far the worst ones of all our local fast food places. Its like they rounded up all the rejects from everywhere else. I have to repeat my order over and over again. I said I needed a kids chicken finger basket, they confirmed it as a "2 piece dark meal". It took several tries to finally get it right. Once I got home (KFC is hard to check) everyone was wrong. The wrong sides, zero biscuits and I was missing a sandwich. They even tried to shove me off without my drinks, but that was easy enough to say something about. Oh and was the ONLY person in the drive through and it looked empty inside (for obviously a good reason). The longest interaction I had was the explanation of the customer survey. I mean HOW THE F do these stupid incompetent employees think they are doing a good job? The food I did get wasnt great, you could tell it had been sitting around and turned my stomach 10 minutes after I ate it. I am completely done, this is by far the worst fast food place in Wentzville, if not all of saint Charles county.

Wont be going back to this location. Waited 20 minutes for our food inside. Finally got it when the manager appeared. Didnt ask what side I wanted and gave us one cookie for having to wait so long. Seriously!!!!? For those 20 mins we waited, there were only 2 girls there. One was doing drive thru and the other was literally just standing there with a headset on walking back and forth and staring up at the order board doing absolutely NOTHING! The screen was full of orders just sitting there! Forgot to mention when we came in we stood there waiting for our order to be taken for I dont know how long before the drive thru worker finally came and did it because the other girl was just standing there! After we got our meal about 5 other people came flocking out from the back. What were they doing?!!!!! When we were leaving a lady from the drive thru who had also been waiting for 20 minutes came inside and was letting them have it! Good for her! I will say, the manager was mad so Im not saying she is a bad manager, Im saying she needs to take a look into hiring people who want to work and take their job a little more seriously! That place was a train wreck!!!

This location blows! Been there several times and its a bunch of neglected self centered good for nothing kids they have zero pride in their jobs no respect for there customers every time I go its a minimum of a half an hour wait and today I had a lady get snippy and disrespectful over a cookie that has always come with the order my girl and I get another thing called the number up there at wentzville to try to talk to someone about my problem they dont answer the phone but every other KFC i n the area did even one in Chicago! And as a veteran of this country got to say Im disappointed I put my life on the line so terds like this can ruin america get some pride in having a job! For god sake!

We ordered our food and only received half of our order. We got home by the time we realized it so we gave them a call to let them know. They apologized multiple times and said we could pick it up at our convenience. We came back the next day to pick up the few items we didnt receive and instead of giving us only the items we didnt receive, they gave us our whole order and then extra sides and cookies. Even though they forgot half our order they made up for it with their exceptional customer service which will make us want to go back!

This place is terrible with time management. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ONLY HAVE 30 MINUTES FOR LUNCH! I was waiting on my order for the entire 30 minutes of my lunch. I have no idea how much longer it would have taken because I ended up just leaving. They dont deserve a penny of money when I have to wait that long for supposedly fast food. I could understand if they were backed up, but it was because they have lazy workers who would rather horseplay and lolligag around than actually do any work. I wish I could rate it zero stars.

Not only did in wait 10 minutes behind someone at the window asking for hundreds of different sauces, I got my food and it was hard and missing sides. She told me fresh was coming up but chose to give me pebbles for popcorn chicken. Im now on 38 minutes for the whole experience. Poorly staffed, no management available. Totally ruined the KFC experience for me and i wont be back.

They completely messed my order up, after I got back home and discovered this mistake. I called them and was told how they would just replace the order on my next visit. Guess what.. Next visit I was told that I needed a receipt, no one ever told me that little tidbit of information. What horrible customer service, I will never go back again .

5 times I have tried to get a simple family order of mixed chicken and sides and every single time something goes wrong. No dark meat or no white meat or no sides. They really need to get this figured out. I started going to popeyes the next exit down in Forristell. Much better quality chicken anyhow.

Decided to try the NEW Nashville Hot Chicken.....KFC has been something we have enjoyed in the past. Not so hot....and Im not talking spice or temperature, but rather the taste.....mediocre at best. Save your hard earned dollars and go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

This location is terrible, two visits each one over 45 min wait on 8 piece fried chicken. Terrible service. Better to drive to warrenton, it would probably be faster to drive there and back than wait for them at this location

Love the KFC Chicken Family Meals. Now that they take credit cards, it makes a quick meal for a picnic or a meal to pick up on the way home from work. The location make it easy to pickup from I-70 Exit 209 or 208.

Pulled up the the drive thru the other night, worker tending the microphone was not proficient at their job. Also informed me regular recipe chicken was going to be a 40min wait, like why?? Worst KFC ever.

Moved here recently, and love the chicken. I quit going to my old residence KFC as they use their grease to long. I might have moved here sooner had I tasted the chicken. :)

My famous bowl was all potato and about 4 popcorn chickens. And it was cold. Its dirty inside. I wont be back to eat.
