Now I dont ever put reviews on here and im a pretty shy person really nice person to.My husband is here in baton rouge Louisiana for the army for a workshop and went through on this lovely day to get his food and eat and go back to class by 1:00 pm. yah that never happened for my husband. They told him to pull forward and it will be right out. 15 -20 minutes later no food yet. So he pulled around through the drive through again.And asked where his chicken strips were. And they gave it to him right away it was right there. now why did 10 other people go through that drive thru and have there stinking food but my husband did not. And he had army uniform on. gosh. Crappy Service people. so he left there being Hungary and no food till tonight. Im one MAD wife right now. tried calling them to no answer. He should of gotten a free meal something goodness.

I cant even give this store one star. The only reason I did is to be able to post. This was without a doubt the worst service I have ever seen and I have seen some bad ones. If tbey would shut up, get off their cell phones, get their hands out of the front of their pants, and realize that the customer is what pays their salary, they might act differently. I doubt it though. Ignorance doesnt understand many things. Its a crying shame.

Awful service. Went through the drive-thru, had to repeat my order 3 times. Reached the drive-thru window where I was again asked what my order was and told two different totals. Repeated my order yet again, BUT it still ended up incorrect (missing fries). Even better, the whopping 10 or so fries I then received were thrown loose throughout the bag. I then had to ask for my receipt (ended up being the wrong receipt) and change.

Not the best place for fried chicken. I ended up waiting 20 minutes to get my order, and when I got home it looked like they fried up cornish hens. Smallest pieces Ive seen, at least in this area. I also made the mistake of purchasing a gallon of tea. Looks like they used a one whole teabag for the gallon....looks like lightly colored water. Last time for me to use that place. Their competitors in this area are better.

These are some of the dumbest, most incompetent employees I have ever encountered. They straight out lie to you and tell you they have your order correct when they actually short you and fail to give you everything you paid for. Then when you call them their phone is "suddenly" busy and you cant reach anyone there. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

The food and service is good but check your order before leaving because I had old and cold chicken a couple of times when receiving order from the drive-thru during non rush hour times. I returned it with problems but it just the inconvenience of having to bring it back for what should have been right from the start.

I waited inside for over 20 minutes I made the mistake that my order would be accurate because I waited so long when I got my food it wasnt what I asked for nor was it fresh terrible service, terrible product I regret even taking my business to this place ... How can u take 20 min and still not get it right

We eat there minimum 3 days a week since the end of AUG. 206. They have prepared our oder 1 (once) correctly. On to of that, when they have to correct the MANY ORDERS---- THEY GIVE ATTITUDE!!! Horrible place

Dine-in service was fast. Lakeisha (hostess/cashier) was wonderful and personable. Her demeanor alone is worth 5+ stars. My order was accurate and the food was delicious. I recommend this Popeyes location.
