I gave it a 2 star for a couple reasons. First being, you have to eat there / order at least 4-5 hours before they close. Otherwise youre getting noticeable stale food thats been sitting in the hot box for who knows how long. The only time youll get fresh food at the Washington MO location would be as soon as they open and up until about 3-4PM. After that, forget it. Second being, (kinda goes along with the first reason) theyre cleaning and getting ready to close HOURS before they actually close. Ive walked in an hour and a half before closing and was told by the counter person that they closed in an hour and a half... They also have a problem with the "OPEN" sign in the window as well. It works during the day and even the afternoon, but amazingly it seems to stop working (was told by a worker that its plugged in, but does not work) during the evening or a few hours before close. Its almost like they turn it off to detour customers *sarcasm intended* If its early in the day and you want good chicken, by all means go to the KFC in Washington, MO. Its fresh and you wont have any problems. But if its late in the day, I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Worst fast food experience Ive had in a long time. Terrible customer service, cold food and general uncleanliness. This was the first timing eating at this KFC, and it will be definitely be the last. 10/1/2015 Update: Still the same old KFC. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance. Terrible service, rude staff, cold food and employees claiming they "ran out" if its close to closing time because they dont want to make any more. And by closing time, I mean like 2 hours before they actually close. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and a second chance. What a mistake that was.

Unless you want to get sick, do not eat there. Horribly disgusting. Do not eat there. Dining room was filthy. The tables and chairs were thick with grease and grime, floors appeared unswept for days and the grime on the front counter, what was that? The soda fountain has mold growing around each soda fountain has mold frowning on and around each head. When I told this to the manager on duty, his response was "Ill have someone come out and clean it", dude, you and your workers do that on a weekly basis of not more.

If I could give this store no stars, I would. The service totally sucks. The employees there are.....slow to put it politely. This store should be shut down and start all over, new building and all new employees. Go to the Pacific site. Same owner but the people in Pacific care about and know about the people and what they are doing. never had any problem at the Pacific store, very good people there! So, save your time and aggravation and go to Pacific KFC!

2 stars because the food was good. Lost one star for the front counter guy DAVE having no customer service skills. Lost another star because my order was short by 4 pieces of chicken. Lost the last star plus 8 more that they never even had... because they would not answer the phone when I called to advise they shorted my order... all day... no answer.. ALL DAY... . I will be going back tomorrow... just not as friendly as today.

The service is seriously indescribable. Completely and totally terrible. I ordered potato wedges and I had a total of 3 wedges..... like literally only 3 wedges in the entire package. Thats ridiculous. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Also, they always have their open sign turned off. Always. This store is ridiculous

The chicken tenders were super small and they forgot our biscuts. We had to look around a while to find a clean table. When we found one, the chairs were sticking and gross and the floors looked horrible. (Dirty) I love KFC but this one needs some major help... I hope they fix this soon...

This is the worst KFC Ive ever been to. The interior lightning makes it seem gloomy and dingy. The service is deplorable, taking up to several minutes just to get your order in. And when youve finally gotten your order, more often than not, it will be incorrect. Terrible.

I have eaten in restaurants in 48 different states and 5 different countries, and never been in a KFC as nasty as this one. No one in the place other than us yet every table was dirty, the floor so greasy I could hardly walkon it, etc, etc. Ruined me on KFC.
