Everytime Ive come here something has gone wrong. One time they messed up my sandwich while I was eating in, no big deal, they were nice. But this last time was extremely disappointing. My husband and I realized after we left that they gave us the wrong order. We came back, they apologized and made us new fries. Thought that was nice. When we actually ate, the fries had no salt on them. My 6 inch Chicken Terriyaki didnt have much meat. I had several bites that didnt have any chicken at all. I asked for mayo, there was none. I asked for extra Terriyaki, they hardly had any on there. Was just a bad experience. My husband hasnt eaten his sandwich but Im not holding my breath that its correct. Also, didnt help that the girl working the cash register just didnt care at all. Didnt smile, hardly said anything. The cook was a lot friendlier than her. At least the place is clean.

I was very optimistic when I entered as people were very friendly. I should have realized that them being almost dead on a Saturday at lunch time during the summer was an indication of the quality. Everything seemed fine until we ordered only 1 combo for 2 people as I only wanted water and we were going to split the french fries. When we received our two sandwiches and combo there were only 1/2 cup of fries and they were all left over pieces, there were not any whole fries in the entire batch. Also after ordering we figured out you could order two small sandwiches and it would be cheaper than ordering a large and you would get more food! Would never ever go back to this place again.

these guys are great, and the food is just as awesome. in an area where good customer service and friendly staff seems to be a rare commodity, the people who work at this store deserve to be commended for just being fantastic dudes. mid afternoon during a rush, or end of the night 30 minutes til close, they are always nice, and treat me and my family with respect, like they actually care about their customers which is a lot more than can be said of the majority of other places in the area, and the same can be said of them keeping the place clean.

The manager was VERY helpful. It says Andrea on my receipt. Not sure if thats her because I know sometimes others will occasionally cashier on another cashiers drawer. She helped me with the scanning of the bar code in the Penn station app so I can accumulate reward points. Everyone working when I went was extremely pleasant & seemed happy to make my food.

I experienced horrible customer service , food poisoning, a waste of time phone interaction with an uncaring store owner/manager/rude person who refused to take responsibility. I witnessed a worker who was Caucasian with glasses prepare meals with no gloves on and he never washed his hands after ringing us out he went straight to making our food . Yuck

Penn Station. The customer service received on the evening of 3/6/16,was the worst I have seen in a long time. Took 25 mins or more for my order, and there were only a couple customers in front. Other customer in front of me complained about order being incorrect. Got home the fries were totally soaked in grease,only half filled!

Penn Station has the best hot subs of anywhere. I have introduced several of my friends to it and they all love it. The fries are incredible and it is all made fresh. I am not really sure why some people blame a restaurant because they are too stupid to do the math and figure out what is a better way to order their food.

Service was great, food was just OK. I ordered the Ruben which comes with saurkraut but you would never know it has saurkraut unless you physically pulled it off the sandwich. It was flavorless and i honestly think that the kraut was just there for show and texture. Definitely not flavor.

It took 40 minutes to get 3 sandwiches made and when they finally did bring them to me they were not "to go" like I ordered. When I told them it was a togo order they argued with me. The staff was rude and I will never go back to a Penn Station regardless of location.

Food always good and hot. One of the better chain places in the region. Only real downside is cost is a bit of a pain for what it is unless you regularly track down coupons etc. This location is typically kept clean and the staff have been pretty good.

Some employees make sandwiches better than others, but overall I enjoy the food. The food is really good but the cleanliness of the restaurant is not. I literally slide on the floor its so greasy and the tables and restrooms arent ever clean.

Penn Station subs and fries are top notch! Also try the lemonade. On a side note, the subs can take up to 10 minutes, so if its for your lunch break, order ahead.
