Basically the worst Taco Bell anywhere. The food is fine but the wait times are ridiculous whenever I come here which isnt often due to the slowness. They either need more staffing or a new manager that understands what fast food means. How bad is it you ask? I logged in and wrote this review at their drive up window. This was after sitting here long enough to get frustrated to the point of writing a negative review and Im the only car in line and only ordered 3 tacos. Dont even bother unless you have time to kill/waste. Its always like this.

Well this new Taco Bell should be called Taco Hell....One time I was really really hungry and thirsty. I seen the soft glow of a Taco Bell so I swerved in with great speed with hopes and dreams of a Taco and a Mt.Dew.....I anxiously awaited my turn to speak with the drive through associate. As my turn came I asked for a taco with beef and a MT.Dew and guess what they were out of both WTF!?? So all I got was a taco shell with cheese in it and a glass of ice water. But it was all real fresh. So I give them 3 stars.

Terrible customer service rudest people i have ever dealt with give attitude when you ask for sauce packets. Just hand your fop2d to you threw the drive threw dont even bother putting it in a bag. Dont bother even getting the food out properly I wont be going back.

This place is amazing. The food is the best fast food restaurant in Jerseyville il 62052. I highly recommend it. The staff is super friendly. And if they make a mistake on food they fix it right away.
