My husband and I went there on a Thursday, and we got excited about it at first. The bartender was real friendly welcomed us and our little boy. We was impressed at how welcome they made us feel. We ordered quite a bit food even came out quickly. I ordered the gyro it tasted aweful there were more onions then meat or even the other ingredients something tasted sour on it so I didnt even eat it. The waitress only checked on us once and no one was even in the place for real. We get our tab I typically pay cash for the tip and use my card for the bill so when we left I got an alert on my phone telling me what I spent and my card was charged $1.76 extra. So I called and spoke to Luke about the food and extra charge, he told us to come in and he wld take care of us. We ended up goin Friday, Luke spoke with me and my husband told us get what we want and he will take care of us. I understand they were busy but they seen us come in we even spoke to Luke but the tables were dirty. We ordered a pizza a tea a beer and wings. He came back to us offered my husband another beer and my husband told him no he is good Luke sd are u sure its on me he said no thank you. Luke then said ok well the beer and wings are on me. My husband and I looked at each other confused because he told us get what we want and he wld take care of it but we still pd for our order. I got a alert on my phone this time they charged an extra $3.98 to my card!!!!!! Its not the principle of the amount its the fact I didnt give authorization for the extra. I ended up calling and spoke to Jeremy explained the situation he kept insisting its my bank but this never has happened anywhere. Also if a bank charges they have set amounts not random amounts. He wasnt listening to me got rude with me, so my husband got on the phone he tried to argue with husband then sd it was our bank and hung up on my husband!! I couldnt believe any of it, and wld never treat customers in that manner ever!! The pizza is good but not worth 20.60 for a damn large, then a extra 3.98. We were going to be a regular since it is right around the corner but this totally changed our mind.

Hey, you know whats fantastic? Actually letting people know you are changing the TV station. It was enough that two people told us we could sit anywhere, yet we still had to wait a good 10 minutes before anyone came to check on us. We should have realized that customer service wasnt the priority then, but we stayed. Food is exactly as expected; overpriced bar food, but good for what it is. Our waitress was nice, but that would have to be the highlight of our visit.

The Post is hands down one of my favorite places to go. The food there is FANTASTIC - Ive had close to everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. We go there frequently for lunch at work, and order it to be picked up for our office as well. I also love going there to watch sports games and for happy hours - great, cheap drinks! I cant say enough good things about The Post.

I tried this place for the first time this other day and left with a "meh" feeling about it. The food is nothing spectacular (the fries could use a good seasoning), and the service was a little slow, despite there being few people eating. Lastly, when we were eating, the bartender was cleaning the bar with a sour smelling rag and it was not pleasant at all.

The Post is a simple laid back pub with awesome food. The cheese steak is one of my favorites, and theres enough TVs for everyone at your table to get a good view. Their prices cannot be beat when comparing to other places around Maplewood. My only qualm is that drafts are not quite as cold as I desire. But this is a solid place and I come around regularly.

The owners of The Post are very accommodating and were kind enough to allow me to have a group of over 60 people to the bar. Everyone got great service and the food was fantastic. There are big screens everywhere in this place. I got the bbq bacon burger and it was awesome, good fries too. Highly recommended place to drink and/or eat in Maplewood.

I thought this place actually had some potential, but the guys who run it should not be in the hospitality business. Theyre extremely rude and arrogant, disrespectful to patrons, and usually lingering in front of the door of the place. youre ruining the business for your employees and community. We will never go back.

Fun times, good beer and food. Great place to catch a game or to just hang out. Pretty solid beer selection. I had the nachos, which were pretty good and a cheeseburger which was great. Probably one of the few places around where you can find a shuffleboard table (its a little pricey to play, but we still did).

Good food at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. This is a favorite for me and my co-workers when we are all in the area. I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Tater Tots. You also get to take the cups home, which is a bonus. Prices are reasonable and generally $10 or less without tip.

Ive always walked by the Post but never had the chance to stop in. Today we did and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The wings were crisp and juicy. The Bison burger was seared perfectly and the cheesesteak was bomb. The menu was reasonably priced. Well continue to drop in and catch a game next time!

The food was just okay - typical bar food, maybe fancier? The service was good. I believe they missed the mark on what a patty melt should be... - rye bread, but not toasted/buttered/grilled - Swiss cheese, plenty of it but not melted at all - onions, an adequate amount but not sautéed at all, just raw

Prices can be steep depending on the person but it should be expected in a sports bar. The food is made right and tastes great though, beer is cold, and the service is great and with TVS everywhere at angles for every seat it is a great small sport spot to see your next team event

This place is great. If you are looking for a relaxed sports atmosphere it is a great place to go. The server was very accommodating; an Arizona Wildcats fan in St. Louis and she found the game and put it on for me. The food was good and it was all a good value!

This place ia awesome. My girlfriend and I came here during the Packers game. We got free shots because Jordy Nelson scored. The nachos are awesome and drinks were a great price. Very nice place to spend a Sunday afternoon! Will be back soon!

Awesome sports bar. Several TV broadcasting local sports. And a few dedicated toward other games, and sports. The menu items are diverse, and the portions are fantastic. Get the waffle fries with a sandwich, theyre amazing.

The best sports bar in St. Louis. Hands down. The atmosphere and location are so good that the food could get away with being mediocre, but it is fantastic. The lunch specials cant be beat, especially the cheese steak.
